Vanderpump Rules alum Scheana Shay went overboard spilling tea in her memoir, My Good Side. She discussed her steamy A-list hook-ups and also revealed secrets about her fellow Pump Rules cast members. And while promoting her book, Scheana reportedly also angered The Valley cast.
In fact, Scheana also took some shots at Lisa Vanderpump in her memoir. “She low-key used my real-life pain to launch her TV empire – and what an empire she has,” Scheana previously stated. Calling out Lisa was a bold move, and it probably didn’t hurt book sales. However, Scheana’s remarks reportedly cost her a spot on Season 3 of The Valley.
Did Scheana Shay work her way off the cast of The Valley?

According to Scheana, she turned down a role in Season 3 of The Valley. In fact, Alex Baskin, the executive producer of the show, confirmed that his team gave Scheana a “compelling offer.” However, Scheana decided to step away from reality TV for the moment. Yes – you read that correctly.
However, there are rumors that Scheana not being part of The Valley wasn’t her choice. An insider told OK! Magazine, “None of the cast of The Valley wants her on the show. They are tired of her abuse and think it’s funny when she announces she has been asked to be on the show and turned it down. She is dying to be on the show.”
The source alleged, “She proudly went out and promoted her book while simultaneously trying to take down as many people as possible.” One of these casualties was Scheana’s former bestie, Lala Kent. “She attacks Lala for not promoting a book that’s filled with horrible gossip. It only says ‘look at me’ while hurting others,” the insider stated, adding that Scheana was trying “to ride the coattails of Lala’s name for attention.” Well, Lala may have the last laugh, as she is filming for the third season of The Valley.
The Valley is streaming on Peacock.
