It appears that all will be merry and bright for Melissa Gorga and Teresa Giudice this Christmas season. Melissa recently shared that both families are spending the holiday together! The most infamous, vicious feud in the history of The Real Housewives of New Jersey has transitioned into family togetherness.
Season 14 of RHONJ ended with the cast divided between the warring sisters-in-law. Then, Teresa offered an olive branch to her brother, and Melissa’s husband, Joe Gorga. The trio made peace, and Teresa insisted that it was the real deal.
Some skeptics felt the reconciliation was to secure a spot on Season 15 of RHONJ. But, it’s not exactly worked. Not yet, anyway…
Bravo won’t be filming the RHONJ family reunion
Melissa also shared that she felt “relief” that the “dark” family feud was over. “It’s been a long time coming, it’s been dark for too long,” she stated. In addition, Melissa, Joe, Teresa, and her husband, Luis Ruelas, also stepped out not long ago for a double date.
Recently, Melissa popped up on Reality Hot Seat, which is a fever-dream blend of reality stars and football commentary. Host Justin Sylvester asked Melissa about the upcoming holidays. “Will you guys be spending Christmas together?” he asked.
“Yes, we will. At my house,” Melissa replied. I don’t want to be a Grinch, but Melissa may want to nail down her tables. Meanwhile, Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Heather Gay was into the idea. When she asked if Bravo would be filming, Melissa jokingly responded, “No. I know. Bravo, where you at?”
Heather was very invested in this RHONJ holiday cheer. “Forget Hallmark. You know what? I want cameras in that room,” she stated. However, Melissa felt that it was best to have a private celebration. “It’s kind of nice to do it without the cameras, I have to be honest,” Melissa explained. “We need this time, this healing moment.” Just don’t forget to hide the sprinkle cookies, Melissa!
