Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice seems to be all about peace and love these days. She is happily married to Luis Ruelas. Plus, she reconciled with her brother, Joe Gorga, and his wife, Melissa Gorga.
While casting for Season 15 of RHONJ has yet to be announced, some fans called the timing of this reunion sus. After all, Melissa and Teresa refused to film together during Season 14, so the show couldn’t move forward with them feuding. However, Teresa and Luis spent Christmas Eve at Melissa and Joe’s home. So, perhaps this reunion was, in the spirit of the season, about peace.
Teresa is all about “communication”
Meanwhile, Teresa and Luis once again faced divorce rumors. Of course, Teresa shot the whispers down, as she is all about Luis and his positive traits. However, managing money might not be one of them. Luis reportedly owes nearly $3 million in taxes, leading Teresa to consider a move to sunny Florida.
Recently, Teresa was a guest on her daughter Gia Giudice’s podcast, Casual Chaos. And Gia asked her mom what she learned from her marriage to ex-husband Joe Giudice, and from her marriage to Luis. Apparently, it all comes down to talking it out. “Communication. I didn’t have that really that much with your dad,” Teresa explained. “But Luis, we communicate. I mean, you see it … It’s so different [with Luis].”
Gia agreed, noting that some women tend to pick the “macho bad boy” when they are younger. She added that Luis is different from her father, Joe. “Like Luis didn’t get in trouble, you know, get deported.” Both Joe and Teresa served time in jail for fraud, with Joe being deported after serving his sentence.
In addition, Teresa explained that she doesn’t know if her marriage to Joe would have survived. “Because if it would have lasted, it would have lasted,” the RHONJ “OG” added.
