Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval may be laying the last piece of their doomed relationship to rest.
Has it really been three years since Scandoval blew up the Vanderpump Rules alums’ lives – and some might say the entire show? But finally, the former couple have settled the legal battle over the sale of the home they used to share.
The dismissal of Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix’s case is “conditional”
According to Us Weekly, Tom and Ariana reached an agreement on January 13. The Single AF Cocktails author, whose career has exploded since the breakup, filed a Notice of Settlement with the LA Superior Court. Per the filing, “conditional” dismissal of the case requires “the satisfactory completion of specified terms” within 30 days.
On February 5, the former Sur employees are scheduled to face each other in a final status conference. If Tom has failed to meet the terms of the agreement by that date, the case will go to trial on February 17.
As you might recall, their $2 million home was a major point of contention during their breakup. Originally purchased in 2019, Tom refused to leave the home, claiming that he didn’t have anywhere else to go. The home became a war zone with both parties living separately within the house.
“I sleep a lot easier at night not giving a f*ck about when he is coming [home],” she added. “And I don’t have to think about how he is coming into my bedroom, because he is not. I sleep with my door locked, just in case.”
Meanwhile, Ariana has since purchased a $1.6 million home in Los Angeles, while Tom is still talking about moving in with his current girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson.
