Three years after the Scandoval storyline on Vanderpump Rules broke the internet, Ariana Madix is officially free from all things Tom Sandoval. Yes, Ariana moved out of their shared home in 2023. However, she must not have taken all her stuff with her, because last Friday, photographers spotted her circling back to gather several more things.

In 2019, Tom and Ariana purchased their 4,450-square-foot farmhouse in California, as seen on VPR. After they split in 2023, they moved into two separate areas of their house, which proved complicated for these dueling exes. So, a handful of months later, Ariana moved out. Then, in 2024, she bought herself a new house.
Meanwhile, Tom remained in their former one. As Tom claimed, he wanted to keep their house for himself. He reportedly offered Ariana $3.1 million as a buyout, which she reportedly refused. And then, Ariana filed a lawsuit to force her ex out.
Last month, Ariana and Tom finally settled their lawsuit. The details remain unknown, but what matters is that it’s over. So, last Friday, Ariana and her movers finally hauled the last of her belongings away from this highly contested house.
In images shared by TMZ, Ariana appeared calm and steady. Standing by her side was none other than Daniel Wai, her boyfriend. One by one, movers brought large empty boxes into her former Valley Village home. And one by one, these boxes came right back out, filled with her things, ready for their new home with Ariana in the Hollywood Hills.
