Real Housewives of Rhode Island star Kelsey Swanson and her unconventional love life have stirred up plenty of questions. She shared that her unnamed boyfriend lives with another woman in Miami for the first half of the year. He also doesn’t want to marry her. So, Kelsey is also dating William “Bill” L’Europa.
Naturally, Kelsey’s RHORI co-stars have been wondering about her love life. In a Season 1, Episode 3 confessional, Kelsey admitted, “With my boyfriend, we’ve always kind of had a ‘don’t ask, don’t tell’ relationship. And if you can do it, why can’t I?”

Plus, Kelsey also shut down rumors that she was an escort in the past. So many rumors for such a small state! Meanwhile, during a recent episode of RHORI, Kelsey brought her other boyfriend on camera. They also met up at Gary McGraw’s disco birthday party, before his wife, Liz McGraw, threw Kelsey out.
So, how did Bill and Kelsey meet? “We actually grew up together,” Kelsey told BravoTV.com. “I’ve known him since the 7th grade, and he was actually one of my first crushes. Eventually, we connected a couple years ago, and kind of stayed connected ever since.”
She continued, “He’s very, very generous and kind and sweet – and probably loves me more than anyone I’ve ever met in my life, other than my parents.” And while Bill, who works “in the insurance business and restoration business” makes a comfortable living, he couldn’t give Kelsey the luxurious life that she currently enjoys. However, both Kelsey and Bill do want children in the future, something that her main squeeze does not. He already has children, and he will not change his mind.
In the end, will Kelsey decide to stay with her longtime boyfriend? Or will she pick being a wife and mom someday?
