One of the last remaining loose ends of Scandoval is finally getting tied up. Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval’s house has been sold. They’re finally free!
Of course, Vanderpump Rules fans know this house very well — the former couple bought it for $2 million in 2019, only for it to become a hellscape when the cheating scandal erupted.
After their highly publicized split, Ariana sued him to force the sale of the house, but now, it looks like it’s getting some new owners.
The former Vanderpump Rules stars have reportedly got their shared home in escrow
After a years-long legal battle, Tom and Ariana reached a settlement earlier this year regarding the sale of their home. Ariana filed a Notice of Settlement with the Los Angeles Superior Court, though the exact terms remain unclear.
A few weeks later, Tom went on Watch What Happens Live and said that the house was going on the market. Ariana did a red carpet interview and disputed his claim. Like most things, the truth was somewhere in the middle.
According to TMZ, their Valley Village home is in escrow, and the realtor for the house, Ashley Fultz, confirmed it on social media. She shared a picture of the house and said it almost went on the market. Someone snatched it up before she could list it.
“We’ve been keeping a secret! We had this beautiful home in Valley Village that we were prepping for market, and before we could post about it or list it, we got it under contract for full-price off-market,” the realtor shared on Instagram.
Either someone really wanted a piece of Pump Rules history, or there was a really good price on the house. Regardless, this is one step towards closing this chapter for good. The long, national nightmare of Scandoval is close to being over.
The realtor added, “All contingencies were removed, and we’ll be closing this bittersweet chapter in a few weeks!”
