Andy Cohen Explains ‘Staged’ RHOBH Storyline After Lisa Kudrow Callout on WWHL

Andy Cohen is providing some clarity amid comments from one of his guests. Lisa Kudrow called him out on his program Watch What Happens Live for what some fans called a staged Real Housewives of Beverly Hills argument during the cast’s visit to Italy.

During the trip, Dorit Kemsley stranded Erika Jayne and Kyle Richards following their huge fight. Andy recently addressed all that speculation alongside John Hill on their radio program.

Andy Cohen is “sorry to bore you guys” with his update

We now have Andy’s version of that story. On Sirius XM’s Andy Cohen Live, he said that after Dorit stormed off, “I reached out to the showrunner to say like, ‘What’s the deal?” The other car was the crew vehicle, which, according to Andy, was taking the crew somewhere else. Kyle and Erika then apparently called the house to ask for a ride back. Andy says that’s why the van returned to pick up the two who had been waiting for a while. “I’m sorry to bore you guys, but that is what happened,” said Andy.

Lisa’s callout to Andy went viral this week. She believed the entire thing was manufactured. Her comments prompted many online to speculate about how that infamous moment really went down.

That RHOBH episode originally aired in March. For months, it has been dissected by fans online, with various speculations.

The fight in Italy occurred as Kyle and Dorit’s relationship continued to fracture. Season 15 of the show concluded on May 7.

Lately, Andy has had to do his share of explaining about viral moments. He was recently seen yelling at Summer House cast member Kyle Cooke. Andy says he asked him to play a new Madonna track and had to speak up because of the music playing.

The episodes are currently streaming on Bravo.
