Real Housewives of Atlanta peach-holder K. Michelle seems to prefer sharing her thoughts on X (formerly Twitter) rather than facing her co-stars.
On May 24, K. Michelle was a guest on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. During his interview, Andy read a question submitted by a fan. “Why is it easier for you to express yourself on Twitter instead of in person to the ladies?”.
“I think it’s easier for me to do that,” K. Michelle explained. “For over 10 years now, I’ve always communicated like that. It’s been my mental journal. And when it comes to expressing things now, [I’m trying to] think before I speak.”
Why does the Bravo star feel sabotaged?
“So, I think that’s the safest place for me, to go home and think about it,” she explained. “And, you know, pick up my phone in the middle of the night, [when I] realize I just got played.”
“But conversely,” Andy continued, “it feels like your feelings of sabotage from the other ladies are not landing with the viewers. Why do you think that is?”
“They love the OGs … so much that I feel like sometimes they can’t do any wrong” the R&B singer added. “I also feel like they would have appreciated it more if I had said it right there on the spot … But I feel like by the end of the season … they’ll see exactly who I am and why I reacted as I did.”
“It was a thing for me like,” the Love & Hip Hop alum concluded. “You know, you’re coming into a group of a lot of strong personalities, and you don’t want to say anything wrong. You really want to get to know everyone.”
The Real Housewives of Atlanta airs Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo. It streams on Peacock the following day.
