Dorit Kemsley and PK Kemsley’s divorce battle hit another messy roadblock over their Los Angeles mansion. Their unresolved financial disputes pushed the estranged couple toward another court showdown as the property sale remained unsettled.
The $7 million home already carried mortgage and utility disputes between them. Now, their attorneys indicated that neither side had managed to fully resolve the remaining issues.

Attorney Ronald Richards described the situation as “DEADLOCKED” in a post shared on X. He said Dorit and PK could not agree on an order following their latest hearing. Ronald Richards’ X post. Richards said the disagreement had continued for a week. He also claimed the court and PK’s attorneys had different ideas about what should happen next.
According to Richards, PK did not want to keep carrying the mansion’s $40,000 monthly mortgage. He wanted reimbursement whenever he advanced money toward the property. Dorit, meanwhile, wanted the debt fully serviced, according to the attorney. Richards said PK attempted to use the legal process to negotiate visitation and custody terms.
The dispute also affected the mansion’s scheduled sale. Richards said the lender moved the sale date after the parties failed to reach an agreement. The property had initially carried a September 2 sale date. Records shown in the post moved that date to September 8, 2026.
The development followed a previous court order involving the six-bedroom, 10-bathroom home. A judge ordered the property sold and directed Dorit to leave by November.
As per TMZ, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star had previously argued that PK should handle the mortgage. PK claimed Dorit had failed to keep up with the payments. The court ultimately ordered PK to cover the mortgage until Dorit moved out. He would receive reimbursement from the eventual sale proceeds.
Dorit also had to cover the property’s utilities, including overdue bills. The judge denied PK’s request for sanctions. Dorit had hired real estate agent Zach Goldsmith to handle the sale. Goldsmith appeared on Netflix’s Buying Beverly Hills, adding another reality-TV connection to the already complicated situation.
Richards said Dorit continued filming while PK returned from a Greek getaway. He also said Dorit had until an October 1 hearing to seek support. With the clock ticking toward her move-out date, Richards predicted another courtroom appearance. “They will both be back in front of the judge for sure!” he wrote.
