It’s Friday. Another week has passed, which means we have yet another dark update involving Denise Richards and her estranged ex, Aaron Phypers, to report on. “Thank you. You’re welcome.”
The pair married in 2018. But as soon as Aaron filed last July, accusations of past and present abuse, from both sides, sounded. With every filing they make, their legal fees rise. And Aaron is feeling this pinch so hard, he’s on his way to homelessness.

Aaron is financially strapped, according to the latest round of legal documents TMZ recently studied. Instead of living the high life, this former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills husband is now begging his friends for money. His pickup truck is subject to repossession. And he is also in danger of an eviction, which might come “at any time.”
Aaron must now come up with a significant amount of cash to “survive.” But, exactly how much is he on the hook for? Well, for starters, Aaron owes $125,000 in past due rent, with another $10,090 in overdue HOA fees. He also has late utility fees to pay, and those aren’t cheap either.
If Aaron wants his water reconnected, he must first pay $3,543 in past due bills. As for his gas reconnection, that’s another $13,000. Meanwhile, he also owes $12,000 to his electrical provider, $1,400 to his waste management organization, and another $1,200 to his trash provider. And finally, he also owes $17,820 on his pickup truck, plus $1,960 for his storage units.
So, Aaron is now making a plea to their judge. “I am in literal danger of being made homeless with no vehicle and no cell phone,” unless that is, their next court hearing on January 5 gets moved up. Either way, when this hearing does take place, Aaron hopes the judge acts on his behalf. As for what Aaron is requesting, he needs access to funds that are currently under Denise’s control.
