Former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak has been going through it. Her messy and brutal split with her husband, Kroy Biermann, has played out across the headlines for the past two years. And just when you think their divorce drama has calmed down, it amps up again.
Recently, Kroy alleged that Kim violated their parenting agreement by discussing their divorce in interviews. In response, Kim filed legal papers claiming that the court never issued an order banning her from discussing the divorce publicly. As of now, a judge hasn’t issued a decision on this matter.

Complicating Kim and Kroy’s messy split is their financial woes. Still, Kim appears to be in a positive place and recently attended BravoCon. “I’m probably the strongest b*tch on the planet. What I’ve been put through has been shocking,” Kim told The Daily Dish. “It’s just every day. Just shocking. So, I was told if I was to file for divorce, he would probably destroy me, and he’s really trying. It’s never gonna work,” the RHOA alum added.
She continued, “I’m actually at peace. I’m at peace. I’m, you know, just being a mom. My kids consume a lot of my life.” Kim added, “The girls have been amazing and super helpful just with me and my life and the kids, so it’s been great.”
Meanwhile, Kim has moved forward in the romance department. She is dating Kyle Mowitz, who also happens to be involved in an incredibly messy $100 million divorce. She previously stated, “Kyle and I went through the exact same situation, so we identify with each other.” Well, I guess it’s nice to have something in common with someone you’re dating, even if you are bonding over courthouse drama.
Hopefully, Kim will eventually be able to put this legal chaos behind her.
