Another day, another court battle for The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kelli Ferrell. At this point, she might as well set up a little cot inside the courthouse, because she’s there almost every day. Her latest legal challenge arrives via her ex-husband, Chuvalo “Mark” Ferrell. He just made a damning claim about Kelli’s co-parenting, or lack thereof.
Mark Ferrell accuses Kelli of refusing visitation for their children

If you’ve been following Kelli’s legal drama, then you know that a good chunk of her ongoing court battles revolve around her ex-husband. Among his many claims, he said that Kelli improperly received ownership of their restaurant, Nana’s Chicken-N-Waffles, in addition to putting their kids on RHOA without his permission.
Per court records reviewed by Us Weekly, Mark filed a new complaint earlier this month seeking to update his child support payments and their custody agreement. He also asked that Kelli be found in contempt of court.
The exes share joint legal custody. Mark is supposed to be able to have visitation with the kids every other weekend. According to Mark’s complaint, Kelli hasn’t been following those visitation guidelines.
Additionally, Mark argued that Kelli has a “history and practice of alienation.” He asked the court to give him more visitation time. On top of all that, he also asked for an update to their child support agreement. He argued that ever since Kelli won ownership of the restaurant, his monthly income dropped to $0. At the time of the divorce, the court calculated it to be $19,847 per month.
In a statement, Kelly’s rep denied the claims about refusing to allow Mark his visitation rights. Instead, they accused Mark of failing to pay child support, and they promised that the facts would come out as the case made its way through court.
“Kelli finds the claims in her ex’s recent filing both surprising and inaccurate. At no point has she prevented him from seeing their children, and she has consistently complied with court orders while prioritizing their best interests,” her rep said.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta is streaming on Peacock.
