Denise Richards’ ex, Aaron Phypers, has fallen on hard times, so he needs a judge to grant him a win. As Aaron recently noted, he has rights. And he also wants “fairness” in his divorce proceedings from Denise. Therefore, he’s begging his judge to sign off on his demands because, financially, he and Denise are no longer on equal playing fields. Here’s what he’s currently asking for.
Aaron Phypers wants immediate spousal support from ex Denise Richards

Aaron’s broke. But Denise isn’t. So, Aaron’s seeking financial relief amidst their ongoing divorce battle. In documents obtained by Page Six, Aaron noted that he lacks “stable income” since his “business operations and infrastructure” were “disrupted in late 2024.”
Even though he’s facing a criminal court case for allegedly putting his hands on Denise, Aaron is still asserting his “rights.” But what does Aaron want? He wants temporary spousal support from his Real Housewives of Beverly Hills ex, solely to help him maintain a “status quo” of “financial fairness during litigation.”
In these newly filed documents, Aaron claimed that “temporary support focuses primarily on need and ability to pay, not final fault determinations or ultimate property division.” Therefore, the court must “ensure equitable interim conditions” by forcing payments from his ex.
Additionally, Aaron argued, he has entered a plea of not guilty in his pending criminal case with Denise. As he emphasized, “there has been no criminal conviction” in this case.
And finally, Aaron claimed, he also has a right to “50% compensation” from Denise’s OnlyFans gig. “She is literally making money every single month from my intellectual property in the form of the photographs that I took of her that she has posted on her OnlyFans page,” his documents read.
He also wants a check from the reality TV stints he appeared on with Denise. On this, he was reportedly once promised “50% of the production income received.”
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs on Thursdays at 8/7c on Bravo. You can stream it the next day on Peacock.
