RHOA’s Drew Sidora Says She and Oldest Child Will Be ‘Homeless’ After Court Decision

The latest ruling in Drew Sidora’s divorce battle could fully upend her life. Last week, The Real Housewives of Atlanta star lost primary custody of her children to her estranged husband, Ralph Pittman.

The judge also ordered Drew to vacate the marital home she shares with Ralph, but Drew is hitting back at the ruling. She says she could experience homelessness in the aftermath of this.

A judge told Drew that she would need to vacate the marital home by May 31, effectively ending Ralph’s years-long stay in the basement.

TMZ got the scoop on Drew’s latest court filings, where she admitted that she doesn’t have the cash to move out by that date. In the filing, she told the judge that she didn’t have the “financial resources” and hadn’t even started looking for places.

In addition to the two children Drew shares with Ralph, she also has an older son from a previous marriage. Drew told the judge that they both could wind up “homeless” if she has to move out by that May deadline.

Additionally, Drew’s court filing revealed some eye-opening details about their financial situation. She claimed that Ralph makes triple her income.

Elsewhere in the filing, Drew criticized Ralph’s primary custody award. She claimed that they privately agreed to joint custody, but Ralph switched up on her once they got to court. Allegedly, their kids had excessive absences from school while under her care, which helped Ralph secure primary custody.

The divorce has not been finalized, over three years after they raced each other to the courthouse to file. In the meantime, Drew released a statement reaffirming that her kids are her number one priority.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta airs on Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo. It streams the next-day on Peacock.
