Drew Sidora is no longer scrambling to find a place to live. Well, for now, at least. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star was ordered to vacate the home she shared with her estranged husband, Ralph Pittman. After Ralph scored several decisions in his favor amid their tumultuous divorce, Drew needed to find a place to live with her son in a hurry. However, the judge had a change of heart.

In April, Ralph was awarded the house and primary custody of his children with Drew. Finally, Ralph was moving out of the basement! Reportedly, the children had too many absences from school while under their mom’s care. In addition, the judge ruled that the former couple would share joint legal custody. Drew was allegedly blindsided by Ralph, claiming that they had agreed to joint custody.
Unfortunately for Drew, she was also ordered to vacate the property by May 31. In court documents, Drew claimed that she and her eldest child could end up “homeless” as she didn’t possess the “financial resources” to move out by that date. According to Drew, Ralph made approximately triple her income. Plus, she gave him half of her paychecks from RHOA and half of the cash earned from brand partnerships. However, the judge denied her request.
Later, Drew also claimed that Ralph fell behind on the mortgage payments, and she requested that the judge hit her ex with sanctions and hold him in contempt of court. TMZ reported that on May 29, the judge decided that Drew didn’t have to vacate the marital home. It is unclear how long Drew can remain there.
I’m sure Drew is singing a happy tune, for now, as this contentious divorce drags on.
