Real Housewives of Atlanta star Drew Sidora is going through a tough time. Her divorce from Ralph Pittman is getting messier by the day. From shared expenses to her moving out of the marital home, it looks like it’s going to get worse before it gets any better. Now Drew is claiming that Ralph has fallen behind on mortgage payments and wants sanctions.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta stars are going through a divorce

According to TMZ, Drew is asking the court to hold Ralph in contempt of court. She said that he failed to make the monthly payments on their house despite the court order.
The RHOA star claims that Ralph currently has a past due balance of $25,251.07 on the home mortgage. She adds that his failure to pay was willful and intentional. Drew says that Ralph has not respected the court order, and she wants the judge to fine him for his behavior to the tune of $1,000.
Ralph, meanwhile, denies all her claims. He said that he is not behind on mortgage payments and that the home is not in danger of foreclosure. As such, he asked the court to deny Drew’s new request for sanctions.
This is just the latest in the couple’s court battle. The judge has ordered Drew to vacate the home by the end of May. Ralph was also granted primary custody of their two children.
After this decision, Drew asked the judge to reconsider because she didn’t have the necessary funds to move to a new place within the given amount of time. She also revealed that Ralph took half of her RHOA paychecks and endorsements.
However, the judge denied her request. It looks like it’s going to just keep going between the former couple.
Real Housewives of Atlanta airs Sundays on Bravo. It streams on Peacock.
