Lisa Kudrow just threw some not-so-subtle shade at Bravo producer Andy Cohen … while live on air. As the pair were discussing the latest season of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Lisa seemingly hinted that one of the storylines was faked.
Was one Real Housewives of Beverly Hills storyline manufactured?
Friends star Lisa appeared on Watch What Happens Live this week, and she didn’t hold back when asked about this season of RHOBH.
After confirming that she did tune into Season 15, which just wrapped up, Andy asked Lisa what she thought of it. “You don’t want me to discuss it,” she said to the Bravo exec with a smirk. “Oh, I don’t?” he queried, also with a smirk.
To that, Lisa revealed her only feedback for this season. That being, she’s suspicious about the storyline that Dorit Kemsley left Kyle Richards and Erika Jayne stranded while on the cast trip to Italy. “I’m just gonna say, black Mercedes Sprinter [van] … twins,” she replied. “Caught that.”
Although Andy gave little in the form of a response, there were plenty of viewers in the comment section on social media who picked up on Lisa’s shade.
“Two Sprinter vans in Italy when Dorit ‘left’ Erika and Kyle behind. So technically, they had a Sprinter van to take them back,” one person commented. “The scene was scripted is what she is hinting at.”
“Yes Lisa!! There were two vans in Italy when they were ‘left’,” another viewer said, describing the scene as “so produced.”
“Calling out production,” a third added with a laughing emoji. Meanwhile, someone else offered a different perspective. “I mean, did anyone think they were stranded when an entire camera crew was filming them?” Fair enough.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is available to stream on Peacock.
