In The City star Danielle Olivera had a lot to say about former friend Lindsay Hubbard’s comment that she performed a sex act on her ex. The two former besties’ falling out has been a hot topic on social media.
On the season premiere of In The City, Lindsay listed all of the reasons she decided to part ways with her castmate. One was that Danielle allegedly gave Lindsay’s ex Carl Radke a handjob in an Uber.
The Bravo star called out the “lie” after the In The City premiere
In her May 20 Instagram story, Danielle shut down Lindsay’s accusation. “Just in case this isn’t actually cleared up later on, it was a lie then, it’s a lie now,” she said.
There was much buzz after Lindsay’s claim on the Summer House spinoff, which aired on Tuesday, May 19. After they dated and broke up, Lindsay and Carl were engaged for a year. They ended their relationship for good in 2023.
During the first In The City episode, Lindsay claimed Danielle has bashed her whenever she has the opportunity. Pulling up a timeline of her former friend’s alleged misdeeds, Lindsay said, “Every year it’s something. Carl and I try to date, [it] didn’t work out. He breaks up with me. One week later, she’s giving him a handjob in the back of an Uber.”
Speaking with castmate Kyle Cooke, Lindsay recalled that Danielle freaked out when she announced her engagement to Carl. She then told Kyle, “Before Carl and I got engaged, she gave him a handjob in the back of an Uber a week after we broke up. That’s f*cking weird.”
On Wednesday, May 20, Danielle’s rep told Page Six in a statement, “The allegation is completely untrue and always has been. It has been very upsetting for Danielle, particularly as a woman, to have these baseless and damaging claims resurfaced again. It is unfair to continue subjecting her name and reputation to allegations that have no basis in fact and absolutely no truth to them.”
Responding to Danielle, Lindsay posted an Instagram Story, saying, “Rewatch season 4 and call me later.” It was accompanied by a hand and eggplant emojis.
