RHOM’s Lisa Hochstein Is Speaking Out After a Major Court Win

Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein is breathing a sigh of relief after felony charges against her were dropped.

During their bitter divorce, Lisa’s now ex-husband Lenny Hochstein accused her of spying on him. But after completing a pretrial diversion program through Miami-Dade County, a counselor recommended the charges against Lisa be dismissed.

On June 22, in open court, all charges were finally dropped.

“The Miami Beach Police Department declined this case more than three years ago,” Lisa told Reality Blurb. “Yet the legal attacks continued, at tremendous emotional and financial cost to me and, ultimately, to our children.”

“I’m tired of seeing the legal system used as a weapon in an attempt to hurt me,” she continued. “I’m grateful this chapter is finally behind me, and I’m focused on moving forward.”

Furthermore, Lisa claimed that the criminal charges “never should have been brought” in the first place.

“The Miami Beach Police Department declined to file the charges three years ago when these allegations were first made,” she clarified. “We are pleased that the charges were dismissed, and we can move forward with our lives.”

In May 2023, Lisa and her then-boyfriend Jody Glidden were accused of planting a listening device in Lenny’s car. At the time, Lisa denied any wrongdoing, calling Lenny’s accusations “mean and calculated.”

In April 2026, Miami-Dade County Court issued arrest warrants for both Lisa and Jody. After Jody was arrested, Lisa voluntarily turned herself in.

According to court documents, Lisa and Lenny’s messy divorce was well underway back in March 2023. Allegedly, Lisa and Jody “unlawfully and intentionally” placed a listening device in Lenny’s car in order to obtain “oral statements by Leonard Hochstein and those Leonard Hochstein spoke with.” Apparently, at least one listening device was hidden in the car in order to “access and monitor [Lenny’s] private, non-public communications involving this litigation.”

Sadly, RHOM Season 8 has been delayed, with the show now on pause.

The Real Housewives of Miami is streaming on Peacock.
