UPDATE: A new TMZ report claims that the arrest affidavit says that Annemarie told cops her husband poked her in the cheek and threatened to kill her. She told police she wanted her husband removed from their hotel room. Their three children were also in the room, alongside other kids. Annemarie allegedly told police she has plans to file for divorce, and claimed Marcellus has an unreported history of violence against her.

Annemarie Wiley’s stint on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills only lasted the length of Season 13, but it gave viewers a look at her life at home with her husband, Marcellus Wiley, and their family. Along with talking about her career as a nurse anesthetist, Annemarie often filmed scenes with Marcellus, who already had his own following from professional football and years on sports television.
That picture changed over the holiday weekend after authorities arrested Marcellus in Florida on a domestic battery charge.

TMZ reported that Marcellus was taken into custody in Florida. Jail records show he was booked into the Orange County Jail on July 4 on a domestic battery charge. Available custody records also listed him as being held without bond. Investigators have not released any information about what allegedly led to the arrest. They also haven’t identified the alleged victim.
The latest arrest comes after Marcellus spent the past few months pushing back against separate sexual assault allegations. In April, four women accused the former NFL player of sexual assault. He said he had evidence to dispute what he described as false claims.
He has similarly denied earlier sexual assault allegations tied to his time at Columbia University.
Long before moving into broadcasting, Marcellus played in the NFL with the Buffalo Bills, San Diego Chargers, Dallas Cowboys, and Jacksonville Jaguars. After retiring from football, he joined ESPN and Fox Sports before eventually launching his own podcast.
Annemarie wasn’t asked back to RHOBH after Season 13. Marcellus slammed the show for “wasting [his] damn time.”
