Heather Dubrow is at the center of the drama in Season 20 of The Real Housewives of Orange County. And her alleged off-camera remarks about a fellow cast member were beyond harsh. They were shockingly rude.
Several cast members, including Tamra Judge and Jennifer Pedranti, seem to be questioning their relationship with Heather. Tamra called Heather a “hypocrite” during Season 20, and her words were gaining traction with the cast.
It seems like Heather will be the victim of a cast gang-up this season. So, will Fancy Pants’ alleged off-camera remarks come back to haunt her?
Did Heather Dubrow call a Real Housewives of Orange County co-star “trashy?”
When the ladies hit up Las Vegas, Vicki Gunvalson mom-shamed newbie Carmella Garcia. Carmella’s teenage children live in Rancho Santa Fe, while Carmella also has another home in the OC.
“You left your kids in San Diego. That’s bizarre to me!” Vicki exclaimed. Meanwhile, Heather vigorously defended Carmella and ordered Vicki to drop the topic.
During RHOC Season 20 Episode 8, Tamra and Emily Simpson discussed Heather’s comments about the former Playboy Playmate. “When Carmella’s not around, she says a lot about Carmella,” Tamra said, referring to Heather. “She’s over here going, ‘She doesn’t fit in.’ But then, when she was crying at the table, Heather was the first one to go over there and coddle her.”
As you may recall, in a previous episode of RHOC, Heather consoled Carmella during the Vegas trip. Emily added, “But then she walks off and says, ‘She shouldn’t be in this group.’” Well, that does seem hypocritical.
“Heather was not a fan of Carmella when we first met her,” Emily explained in her confessional. “She made it very clear, multiple times, off-camera, that she thought that she was trashy-looking. And that she didn’t fit in with the group and that she shouldn’t be here.”
She continued, “I heard her. It’s going to be devastating for her if she finds out that Heather really feels this way about her and that their relationship is a sham.”
Meanwhile, in another scene, Shannon Beador also questioned why Heather defended Carmella. “Heather was the one that was questioning her the most,” Shannon told Jenn. “It feels like Heather has moves that she makes off-camera. It feels calculated,” Jenn noted in her confessional.
If Heather made these comments about Carmella off-camera, she was likely being strategic. Of course, Heather probably didn’t consider that her RHOC co-stars might dissect these alleged comments on camera. It’s only a matter of time until someone spills the tea to Carmella, and Heather will have to answer for these nasty remarks.
