Lisa Hochstein Claims Ongoing Divorce From Lenny Has Gotten ‘Significantly Worse’

The divorce battle between Lisa Hochstein and Lenny Hochstein has been raging on since 2022. Now that we’re almost two years into it, you’d think that things would be getting easier and perhaps there would be a light at the end of this tunnel. Apparently, that’s not the case.

In a sneak peek of part two of The Real Housewives of Miami Season 6 reunion, Andy Cohen asked Lisa about the status of her divorce. She surprised everyone with her answer. Lisa claimed, “Oh, it’s gotten significantly worse.”

Andy asked the same question we all have. How is that even possible? Lisa tried her best to explain.

The neverending divorce

Lisa and Lenny’s divorce has been one issue after another. Lenny claimed Lisa planted a listening device on his car. He said she snatched an unreasonable amount of artwork from their home. Meanwhile, Lisa is trying to get Lenny’s lawyer disqualified from the case.

“I don’t know what his motive is,” Lisa said regarding Lenny’s litigiousness. “He’s suing me for forks and knives and pillows and art — art that is mine, by the way. He just has it out for me.”

The whole saga has been the ultimate mess of messes. During the RHOM reunion, Lisa shared how her living situation has been the latest source of contention. She’s currently living in an apartment that costs $32,000 a month.

Lisa and Lenny’s marital separation agreement requires her to live “in proximity” to the Star Island mansion they used to share. That isn’t cheap, especially for someone with Lisa’s taste level. She revealed that her new boyfriend, Jody Glidden, is pitching in to help with the costs.

“Jody wanted to help and pitch in and we wanted more room so we could evolve as a couple. So that’s where we are,” Lisa shared.

On the other hand, Lenny is required to build Lisa a brand-new home. Obviously, that won’t happen overnight, but he legally has to do it. Although the house is technically for Lisa, her kids’ names will be on the deed. There’s also a caveat that says she and Jody can’t live in the house if they get married.

With all of these complicated arrangements and lawsuits, it’s no wonder Lisa says the situation has gotten worse. We all have our fingers crossed that Lisa can get out of this divorce nightmare soon. For now, she’s still very much under Lenny’s thumb.

Part 2 of The Real Housewives of Miami Season 6 reunion airs on Bravo TONIGHT, February 29, at 9/8c. You can stream the whole season on Peacock.
