If you were saving up your spare change to try and buy Andy Cohen’s apartment, you can go ahead and stop. We’ve learned that Ryan Serhant has successfully sold it, which means there’s someone out there getting ready to move into Andy’s decked-out pad in the West Village of New York City. Find out what we know so far about the multimillion-dollar real estate deal.
Ryan Serhant has sold Andy Cohen’s West Village apartment
The Bravo bossman has been in the process of renovating a brand-new apartment for himself and his two kiddos. They’ve outgrown the Big Apple bachelor pad, which was actually multiple apartments converted into one giant unit. Now, it’s time to move into a place that’s bigger and better.
With that in mind, Andy enlisted the help of the Million Dollar Listing New York alum to sell his massive place. They listed the 3,500-square-foot home back in September 2024 for a hefty $14 million.
They slashed the price down to $12 million back in February, and that might have been enough to attract a buyer. According to a report from the New York Post, Andy’s apartment went under contract on May 19, 2025.
Unfortunately for the nosy people like ourselves, there’s no word on the final selling price. We also have no clue who bought the apartment. Whoever it is, they’ve got to be someone super rich with a very eclectic taste. Andy took a lot of time putting his personal touches on the apartment. There are bright red walls, a golden disco ball, and a custom staircase made of glass, walnut, and steel.
Keep your eyes peeled for the fine print on Andy’s big move. In the meantime, we’re keeping our fingers crossed that this ends up being a storyline on the next season of Ryan’s show, Owning Manhattan. He called this listing a career highlight, which means it’s too good not to share with Netflix.
