Gia Giudice is now hustling and living her best life in the Big Apple as a cast member on Next Gen NYC. Fans can see her life transition between the Garden State, where her family starred on Real Housewives of New Jersey for 14 Seasons, and New York City.
Until this point, the eldest daughter of Teresa Giudice chose to live at home in Montville, New Jersey. But as her work demands increase, it seems that Gia is considering an alternate plan.
Next Gen NYC’s Gia Giudice is planning her future
Gia exclusively told Today that she is planning to move from the $3.3 million mansion before the summer ends. It was a killer commute from Manhattan to the family home, where she lives with step-father Luis Ruelas. She called it “super exhausting,” and the deciding factor in her decision.
“It’s a lot,” Gia admitted to Today. “My schedule has only picked up since Next Gen NYC, which is funny, because it picked up the summer we were filming Next Gen, and no one knew that we were filming it. It’s just my career kind of started picking up, and my brand started growing, and I am in the city at least four times a week, so it’s a lot of back and forth from Jersey.”
It a total one-eighty from what the Rutgers University graduate said during the March 23 episode of her podcast, Casual Chaos. At the time, Gia denied having “an urgency to move out.”
“I mean, I have everything I need at home,” she said. “I know people that stay home until they get married. I make my own money, I do my own thing, but I just don’t see the urgency to move out.”
The choice is between two major hubs in the tri-state area
September is Gia’s moving time of choice. The podcast host is giving herself around a month to find an apartment, although she is undecided between Manhattan and Jersey City.
“I’m either going to do Manhattan or Jersey City. I’m gonna figure it out,” the RHONJ star explained.
Wherever she decides to live, Gia is sure to be home on the weekends. Her youngest sister, Audriana Giudice, is still in high school. And of course, visiting the family pet will be in order.
“I’ll still spend my weekend at home, maybe every other weekend at home,” she shared. “I have to see my Bella (her family’s dog).”
