When Todd Chrisley and his wife, Julie Chrisley, received a pardon from the POTUS, it wasn’t a huge shock. They were both serving prison terms for tax evasion and fraud. Since their release, the couple has been working hard. So, Todd decided to pick a fight with Southern Charm’s iconic Patricia Altschul. Really, Todd?
Of course, their daughter, Savannah Chrisley, worked tirelessly to secure her parents’ pardon. She received a personal phone call from the President to share the news that her parents were being released. The couple hasn’t missed a beat since returning home, working on their podcast and an upcoming docuseries for Lifetime.
Todd Chrisley and Patricia Altschul are locked in a feud after his prison release
Todd and Chrisley discussed their feud with Ms. Patricia on their podcast, Chrisley Confessions 2.0. “During the [post-prison] press conference, I had stated that we are doing a hotel and it’s going to be near Charleston, South Carolina. She said, ‘Well, there goes the neighborhood,’” Todd explained. “I’ve never had an issue [with her].” The former Chrisley Knows Best star added, “I always thought she was a classy lady.”
Ms. Patricia commented via Instagram on a story about Julie and Todd moving to Charleston to film a reality TV show. “This is a woman that’s in her 80s,” Todd stated. “She could be my mother.”
Todd instructed his followers, “‘Please don’t go back on this old lady. Do not do that.’ Because at the end of the day, she’s old. She’s already, according to the tabloids, transferred her assets over to her son.” Todd added, “I guess she’s getting ready for death.” Well, we have further confirmation that Todd is far from classy.
After slamming Patricia for inheriting her wealth from her husbands, he took one last jab at her. “Maybe I’ll become Patrica’s walker. Maybe her son has to worry about me inheriting her money,” Todd quipped.
