Judge Slaps Aaron Phypers With Order Surrounding Denise Richards’ Nudes and Personal Items — Report

Aaron Phypers recently filed for a divorce from Denise Richards. Details of their tense split started making headlines, then both Denise and her estranged husband began making claims against each other. Now, their judge is entering the conversation, and this judge has just given Aaron an order involving Denise and her private, personal matters.

To quickly backtrack, Aaron filed for a divorce from the star of Denise Richards & Her Wild Things on July 7. Shortly after, the mud slinging began. According to Aaron, Denise cheated on him. So, he took screenshots of her text messages, which Denise claims he sent to multiple media outlets.

As for Denise, she filed for a restraining order against Aaron. In her claims, Aaron was physically and emotionally abusive. Aaron clapped back, stressing that Denise was the abuser and that this order was her attempt to deflect from his cheating narrative. Needless to say, this divorce is messy.

Now, Denise is fighting the courts to have her laptop and cell phone returned, which she claims Aaron stole. On this laptop are nude images of herself that Aaron was reportedly sharing with the press. Denise clocked this as Aaron violating her restraining order, and their judge (seemingly) agrees with her stance.

In new divorce court documents obtained by TMZ, Denise accused Aaron of “disturbing her peace” by sending her private information to the media from her electronic devices, specifically text messages and nude images. She wants Aaron to return her devices, alongside any pictures and recordings he took from them that involve Denise.

Shortly after, their judge signed an order requiring Aaron to return her phone and laptop within 48 hours. He must return these items to her lawyer, and Denise will safely grab them at a later time. Additionally, their judge ordered Aaron to refrain from any further distributions involving her intimate body parts.

Oh, to be a fly in these awful, accusation-heavy divorce chambers.

Denise Richards & Her Wild Things is streaming on Peacock and Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
