Bozoma Saint John filled her scenes on her premiere season on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills with an impressive professional resume and idyllic family life. The marketing executive has an absolutely charming relationship with her 16-year-old daughter, Lael. The teenager is daughter to Boz’s late husband, Peter Saint John.
The RHOBH newbie expressed a desire to have another child during Season 14. She was dating Keely Watson while filming, and the couple are still going strong. Bozoma shared her traumatic complications from previous pregnancies. But the couple decided to take the necessary first steps to welcome a child of their own. Now, the reality TV star is giving an update on where they stand.
Where do Bozoma Saint John and boyfriend Keely Watson stand as of August 2025?
During an appearance on the Aspire with Emma Grede podcast, Bozoma described how Keely changed her mindset.
“Maybe there was a little spark of something in there when Keely said to me he wanted to have a baby with me. And I looked at this man like he was out of his mind,” she shared. “And I said, ‘Ah, see, I don’t know what you’re talking about … what does that mean exactly?’ And he is like, ‘Well, do you want one?’ And I was like, ‘Oh shit. Yes … but I can’t.’ And he was like, ‘Why?’ And I was like, ‘Well, I mean, I’ve been sick and I’ve had this and I’ve had that.’ And he was just like, ‘Well, could we ask a doctor? Could we talk to someone who could tell us definitively whether or not you can?’ And I was like, ‘OK, but they’re not going to get rid of my fear.’ But I was wrong.”
Boz’s consulted with a fertility doctor, who gave her a lot of hope. The RHOBH previously got surgery to remove fibroids.
She explained, “When I met Dr. Cindy Duke, who’s an amazing fertility doctor, and she’s talking to me about the realities of preeclampsia at my age, my health, like what the last 16 years of hypertension have done to my heart, like all of those things. And she gave me the confidence that it’s possible. Man, I’m telling you, I cried that day.”
