Minus their bank accounts and public-facing lifestyles, celebrities are just like us. Some even watch The Valley on Bravo. Knowing a publicity win when he sees one, Andy Cohen often engages with these stars by inviting them to a taping of Watch What Happens Live.

While these celebrities are on his soundstage, Andy plays a few quick games to learn about their opinions on various Bravolebrities. He will also ask them franchise-specific questions, so these VIPS have to know their Bravo facts inside and out before accepting his WWHL offer. Many stars have since appeared on his late-night talk show. Yet, these four carried the best opinions about Season 2 of The Valley, as they were either wild, messy, or accurate.

The Valley’s Janet Caperna is called a pot stirrer by Julia Garner

Actress Julia Garner has won two Primetime Emmys and a Golden Globe. But her most significant career move was seeing Janet Caperna for who she truly is. As Season 2 progressed, Janet had a weird fixation with calling out one of her costars. This entire storyline sucked, but thankfully, several stars on The Valley stood up for her nemesis, including Julia on WWHL.

When Andy asked if Janet was getting unfairly villainized this season on The Valley, Julia paused. Then, she admitted that she does not “like a dogpile. But, I do think that she can stir the pot a little bit,” Julia explained. We agree that dogpiling is never a great look, but unfortunately, Janet did have several costars riding with her on her weird stances, so a proper dogpile Season 2 was not.

Julia also giggled about how Jax Taylor wore shoes with lifts in them to the reunion. “I’m never not amused by him,” she then said. On that note, this writer disagrees. But the shoes aspect was funny, so I can at least give Julia that.

Seth Rogen is thrilled Jax Taylor has been fired from The Valley

Seth Rogen loves Bravo. However, he does not love Jax. According to Seth on a recent episode of WWHL, Jax is a “narcassist that craves attention.” Therefore, this Bravo superfan was thrilled to hear that Jax got the ax following The Valley Season 2.

While appearing on WWHL, Andy made an observation. Seth is happy that Jax will soon be sitting out of the next season, right? In response, Seth laughed, showing that Andy was accurate with this talking point.

Following Season 2, Jax released a statement online which stated that he was taking a break from filming. Instead of making us angry in Season 3 of The Valley, Jax will continue treatment and healing for his addictions. Seth, for one, is glad that Jax is out, because Jax has grown too “toxic at this point,” he explained.

“He’s such a narcissist [who] craves attention. It seems wrong to give it to him by allowing him to be on television,” Seth explained, hitting every nail on the head.

Brittany Cartwright made Yvonne Strahovski emotional during The Valley Season 2

Yvonne Strahovski plays a complicated woman on The Handmaid’s Tale. In contrast, her feelings for Brittany Cartwright are anything but complex. Instead of wondering why Brittany is presenting somewhat poorly this season, Yvonne is focusing on everything that Britt has endured this year. And she is not only proud of this Kentucky muffin, but she also grew highly emotional while watching her various scenes during Season 2.

Watching Brittany has made her “heart bleed,” Yvonne said on WWHL. Brittany has been so upset this season dealing with Jax, his abusive behaviors, and their finances, Yvonne reiterated. But as Yvonne saw, Brittany was still coherent enough “to put on a brave face for her child” whenever he entered the room. In response, Yvonne, a mother herself, has found herself weeping while watching The Valley Season 2.

Keeping things kind, Yvonne also wished Jax well on WWHL. She does not wish to “undermine his journey” by engaging in any trash talk, she explained. Blessed be his recovery.

The Valley’s Nia and Danny Booko aren’t being honest with themselves, according to Abby Elliott

Nia Booko and her husband, Danny Booko, did not have an easy season of filming for The Valley. Janet and her husband kept coming for Danny, accusing him of sexual assault while declaring that he might have a problem with the bottle. Meanwhile, in almost every scene that Janet was in, liquor was nearby. It was odd and hypocritical, and we hope that when Season 3 returns, this weird takedown story stays far, far away.

A handful of stars on this series joined Janet in her pursuits. And their sticking points all seemed to settle on one area. As they debated, were Nia and Danny hiding their truths from the public? If you ask comedian Abby Elliot, this answer is a yes.

“I honestly think that they’re not being honest with themselves and with each other. And that’s my honest opinion,” Abby answered. Interesting. Sadly, Andy did not present Abby with any follow-up questions about this remark, which has left us wondering what she thinks Nia and Danny might be lying to themselves about.

The Valley is available to stream on Peacock and Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
