Real Housewives of Salt Lake City will return for Season 6 very soon! Considering Reality Tea named RHOSLC the best Real Housewives series of last year, we are very, very excited. It may not have the viewership numbers of RHOBH or RHOC, but RHOSLC has become a cult favorite in recent years. So, this upcoming season has been highly anticipated by Real Housewives fans.
Last year, RHOSLC achieved the impossible and gave us a season that was even better than the legendary Reality Von Tease saga. So, what do the Salt Lake City housewives have in store this year? Who’s on the RHOSLC Season 6 cast list? When does RHOSLC Season 6 come out, and where can you watch and stream it? We have all those answers below.
RHOSLC Season 6 release date
RHOSLC is officially coming back for Season 6 on Tuesday, September 16 at 8pm ET/PT! That’s nearly a year after Season 5 premiered. Bravo officially announced the Season 6 release date along with the first trailer. Previously, the network just shared a short preview clip of Mary Cosby talking about fish.
The RHOSLC Season 6 trailer was predictably dramatic, teasing a lot of shocking storylines and feuds for fans to anticipate. The trailer also shows lots of parties where the RHOSLC cast yell at each other while wearing silly costumes. This has become one of the series’ signature elements over the years.
The trailer raises a lot of questions. Is Mary and Angie Katsanevas’ friendship over? What are these allegations about the Barlows? Whose alleged “mistress” is Britani Bateman talking about? And why are the Housewives all wearing colonial wigs? We’ll get the answers to these and many other questions very soon!
RHOSLC Season 6 cast list
Clearly, producers decided if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Because the RHOSLC cast is almost exactly the same as last year. The only difference is that Meili Workman isn’t returning as a friend of.
We got a glimpse at the Housewives’ storylines in the trailer. Angie Katsanevas is still center stage this year, with a cast trip to her beloved homeland Greece. However, her friendship with Mary may be in trouble. Meanwhile, Mary is still dealing with her son Robert Jr.’s addiction.
Angie is one of many RHOSLC stars feuding with Lisa Barlow this season. Amidst her feuds, Lisa also questions her marriage to John Barlow.
Speaking of feuding with Lisa, Bronwyn Newport returns for her second season. She deals with serious family drama as well as rumors of husband Todd’s infidelity.
While they weren’t featured as much in the trailer, Bravo gave some insight into cousins Heather Gay and Whitney Rose’s storylines. Heather deals with becoming an empty nester, while Whitney faces fallout from a business going south. The cousins’ relationship may be in trouble over, who else, Lisa.
Like Lisa, Heather, and Whitney, Meredith Marks is a RHOSLC OG who has stayed on for all six seasons. This year, Meredith is focusing on her caviar brand. Did Whitney win their bath bomb feud?
Britani Bateman returns as a friend of after her polarizing first season. We bet that her storyline will once again involve her rocky relationship with “best friend” Jared Osmond. At this point, Britani and Jared are officially broken up.
Where to stream and watch RHOSLC Season 6
New episodes of RHOSLC Season 6 will air on Bravo Tuesdays at 8pm ET/PT. Episodes will then be available to stream the next day on Peacock.
Peacock currently has seasons 1-5 available to stream. So, if you want to rewatch Season 5 to refresh your memory before Season 6 premieres, you can do so. Also, if you haven’t watched RHOSLC yet but want to get caught up to see what all the fuss is about before the new season.
By watching previous seasons, new viewers can get acquainted with Jen Shah. Despite being in prison for several years, Jen is still frequently mentioned on RHOSLC. In fact, many viewers wonder if she will return to RHOSLC once she gets released. Her prison sentence keeps getting reduced, so it’s not implausible that she’ll be out once RHOSLC Season 7 is in production.
But for now, the current RHOSLC stars are doing a great job on their own. We can’t wait to see what this group of Housewives has in store for Season 6. Thankfully, it won’t be too long before we find out!
