Teresa Giudice ‘Still in Consideration’ for RHONJ Season 15, Says Insider

It looks like The Real Housewives of New Jersey are taking concrete steps towards bringing the show back. But they want to make sure the show comes back with the right cast. They are making some changes. However, an insider has shared that OG Teresa Giudice is “still in consideration” for the upcoming new season.

Teresa’s future with the franchise has remained uncertain for the last several months. Fans were uncertain she would be returning amid personal problems and continued drama with some of the ladies in the cast. As far as Teresa’s concerned, though, she’s definitely coming back. And she may not be the only one.

Jackie Goldschneider is also being considered for Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 15

Things have been pretty rocky for RHONJ. It looks like Bravo has been looking at a reboot like they did for Real Housewives of New York. Which means the show may let go of some OG cast members. However, unlike RHONY, it looks like Bravo isn’t looking to completely reboot New Jersey. They may just be adding some new blood.

According to US Weekly, an inside source shared some news about RHONY. “Some of The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast have test-filmed,” the source said. “There are potential new cast members who have filmed with Margaret Josephs, Dolores Catania, and Melissa Gorga in mid-August.”

Test-filming is a common practice for most television shows, including reality TV. It helps producers see how the show might look before production officially begins.

“They want to see how the new girls work on camera with some veteran cast members from the show,” the insider explained. One of these potential new cast members is Michelle Barone. Michelle is a podcast host who is friends with Teresa and Jackie Goldschneider

Even though Teresa and Jackie weren’t part of the test filming, the insider said they are still in consideration for the new season, along with Jennifer Fessler. However, a Bravo spokesperson shared that “No official casting decisions have been made.”

But at least it looks like progress is finally happening. Andy Cohen has repeatedly said RHONJ will be back. He just never gave a timeline for when or who would be part of the cast. Now, he’s teased fans that the cast announcement “is close.” I wonder if Teresa made the cut?
