The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City cast finally dropped their taglines! It always feels a little bit like Christmas morning, doesn’t it? Of course, being RHOSLC, there isn’t a bad one in the bunch. And Watch What Happens Live host Andy Cohen shares that sentiment. He was on his radio show, Andy Cohen Live, when he dished his thoughts regarding the group’s taglines. And let’s just say Andy is a fan of their “great delivery.”
Andy Cohen loves Angie K and Meredith Marks’ RHOSLC taglines
The ladies debuted their taglines on RHOSLC Season 6 Episode 3. Meredith Marks referenced her now booming DJ side hustle, and Angie Kastanevas kept with her love of being Greek. They both killed it; however, Mary Cosby’s was also stellar with her “eat, drink, and be Mary.”
This group constantly delivers each episode, so it makes sense their taglines are top-notch too. Andy shared his thoughts on them with his cohost, John Hill. He said, “I mean, excuse me. To me…” John cut in, “They’re perfect.”
Then they played Angie’s, “I’m Greek, and the rest are just a tragedy.” Andy said, “I mean, come on.” John noted, “And the delivery!”
Andy said, “Now, let’s talk about great delivery. And I think this was unintentional on her part, but it just works so much. And that is Meredith Marks.” Cut to Meredith’s deadpan, “While you drop lies, I’m dropping the beat.”
He noted, “It’s so kind of robotic, unintentional robotic. But so works, and so fierce. Now, Mary Cosby’s tagline, it was; she had recorded all these other taglines. And I was like, ‘You guys, she had the best one last year that we didn’t use.’ Which is all I want to do is eat, drink, and … be Mary. I just want to eat, drink, and be Mary.”
John said, “It’s perfect.” Andy added, “And I love, by the way, Lisa Barlow being like, ‘I don’t go low, I go the distance.’ I mean, it is so good!” And amazing taglines are just one of the many reasons why RHOSLC is the best.
