Remember when reunion seating charts meant something? Fans would watch the season and predict which housewives would snag the coveted seats next to host Andy Cohen. Now, The Real Housewives of Orange County seating chart is out, and we are … confused. It seems like Bravo flipped a coin to see where the ladies sit.
Traditionally, the RHOC stars who created the most drama and had the most dynamic storyline would sit next to Andy. As we saw with the head-scratching Real Housewives of Miami Season 7 reunion chart, that notion is gone. Somehow, Stephanie Shojaee and Alexia Nepola were seated next to Andy.
Now, we’re left scratching our heads all over again…
The Real Housewives of Orange County reunion seating chart has arrived for Season 19
Bravo shared the Season 19 seating chart via Instagram. Tamra Judge snagged the seat next to Andy. Moving down the couch from Tamra, we have Gina Kirschenheiter, Heather Dubrow, and then Katie Ginella. On the other side of Andy, Jennifer Pedranti is sitting pretty. And next to her are Emily Simpson, Shannon Beador, and friend of the cast, Gretchen Rossi. Bravo, what are you doing to us?
Well, fans were vocal in the comments about this seating arrangement. “Jen is the 1st seat? Tamra and Katie deserve the first seats,” one follower wrote. “Katie should be sitting on Andy’s lap the way she’s been treated!!” another fan posted. In a similar vein, a follower commented, “Katie is last chair when she’s been everyone’s storyline this whole season?” I can’t argue with that.
“Emily and Gina before Heather and Shannon?” another user posted. A fan added, “I think they did this to piss us off.” Finally, another disgruntled follower wrote, “This speaks volumes and I’m not here for it …. #rhoc needs a hard stop and a rethink at this point (imo).” Ouch!
It’s safe to say that Bravo may need to retool how they are arranging the reunion seating.
