Garcelle Beauvais and Sutton Stracke were once close friends. But sadly, their friendship came to an end following the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 14 reunion.
During this messy sit-down, Garcelle felt abandoned by Sutton. Likewise, Sutton failed to take any accountability for her actions when Garcelle spoke with her after the reunion. So, Garcelle cut ties. And now, these two women are avoiding awkward run-ins, with one such encounter occurring only just last month.

Last month, Garcelle and Sutton attended the AFI Fest red carpet premiere of Song Sung Blue. The official Getty Images taken from this event showed these former besties posing for photographers just outside the TCL Chinese Theatre. Only a few feet separated them. But both Garcelle and Sutton kept their eyes forward, not acknowledging the other’s presence at this event.
Talk about awkward. Only a few days earlier, Garcelle revealed that she and Sutton had not spoken since the reunion. Since Garcelle quit during this reunion, Sutton’s silence spoke volumes to her heart. So, it made sense when Garcelle announced that her friendship with Sutton was now completely over.
Was this broken relationship all based on the reunion? “Yeah,” Garcelle noted, explaining, “Not only did she not have my back, she also, when she called me, never took accountability for it. And that hurt my feelings a lot. We were really close. My kids would [even] call her,” Garcelle said.
Regardless, Garcelle will always “look back on [their friendship] fondly. You know, we had some good laughs,” she stated. “We were there for each other, mostly me being there for her. But, umm, I don’t regret it. I don’t regret it.”
