On this week’s episode of Married At First Sight, the couples were tasked with deepening their connections. Considering two husbands walked out during the last Married At First Sight episode, I don’t know how deep they can get. These couples definitely can use a crash course on trust and intimacy. Let’s be real half of these people need to learn just how to interact with another human being on a basic level. Let’s get to the petty!
Its 2 pm in the afternoon and Amber Bowles is still crying at home and Matt Gwynne still isn’t home. While rummaging through his virtually empty drawer, she finds a MAJOR discovery. Matt’s wedding ring is inside the drawer and NOT on his finger. I also had Hmmm… He leaves the house for 24 hours and takes off his ring before he leaves. Insert side eye emoji! I also had to laugh that the only other thing in Matt’s drawer with the ring was some plastic. Does this man have anything besides the clothes on his back? SMH. Amber, girl, why are you still being optimistic? This man has zero respect for your or the marriage. It’s clear he was out all night with another woman or women. Why else would he ignore you and leave his ring? I can’t!!!!!!!!!! His bags should have been at the door with a note that read, “I packed your things, see your way out”!
This week’s episode of Married At First Sight was the friends and family episode. The couples attempted to merge their lives by inviting their loved ones to their new homes. Things get pretty dramatic when two men decide to exit stage left from their marriages. Another couple realizes one may be a lot more territorial and unwilling to share than the other. Things heat up on this Married At First Sight episode and the season got a lot more interesting. Living together has its perks… until each person’s bad habits start to rear their ugly heads. Nonetheless, I personally was thoroughly entertained by this episode.
The wives and husbands meet up separately to discuss their marriages. Amber Bowles is still whining about Matt Gwynne’s desire to utilize the second bathroom. When Iris Caldwell reveals that she and Keith Manley use separate bathrooms, Amber realizes she may have overreacted. Duh! If I only knew a man five days, I would be elated if he went into a second bathroom. Hell, if I knew if for years, I’d like my own private bathroom. Iris reveals how naive and inexperienced she is when she tells the ladies how upset she got about Keith’s condoms. Girl, grow up. The man lived a whole life before he was surprised with a virgin wife. The fact that he practiced safe sex should at least put you at ease.
On this week’s episode of Married At First Sight, the honeymoon has ended and the couples are returning to their new reality. This is my favorite part of Married At First Sight. Things always get real when couples start living together. This season, the experts have provided everyone with a shared space. But before they move, they will first spend the night in the home of their significant other.
Greg Okotie takes the grand tour of Deonna McNeill’s home. Now I see why she wanted to live in his larger house. You can see the anxiety on Greg’s face when he encounters her cluttered space and shedding dog. Elizabeth Bice visits her husband Jamie Thompson’s house. Either he is a neat freak or he had someone organize his entire home. It looks like a model home that has been staged. Hmm… something tells me Elizabeth is going to be a challenge for his OCD.
Iris Caldwell spends the night at Keith Manley’s home. The next morning she begins to snoop through all of his things. Girl, I know this is your husband, but you have only known him for 5 days. I think it’s extremely rude to go through someone else’s belongings, especially in a new relationship. Now don’t get me wrong, I would look and take mental notes. But I wouldn’t go through his bags and drawers. It reeks of desperation and seems as if you are looking for an issue. Well as expected, Iris is livid when she finds a box of empty condoms hidden away. Did she forget SHE was the virgin, not him? She should be happy he was at least using protection before he got married.
When confronted, Keith claims he brought some condoms to the honeymoon. Iris harps on the fact that the box is empty and even checks his backpack and only finds three. Keith nicely shuts down the conversation as nonproductive. Iris decides to let it go, but I have a feeling this topic will rear its ugly head again.
On last night’s episode of Married At First Sight, the couples were still enjoying their honeymoons in beautiful Antigua. Despite the relaxing vacation setting, trouble brews as they begin to learn more about each other’s habits. One couple actually gets into a heated argument when one person ditches their spouse for hours. It’s only a matter of time before the polite personas are traded in for their real personalities. I can’t wait until the couples live together. This is when the drama comes out and I am here for it!
The couples are on day 3 of marriage and are still enjoying their honeymoons. Well, some more than others… Matt Gwynne and Amber Bowles really enjoyed themselves. They have officially consummated their marriage. While others are getting it on, Deonna McNeill is telling her husband, Greg Okotie to stop complimenting her so much. Ummm… okayyyy. I don’t think she explained her point well. The compliments seem less genuine when they happen so frequently. I think for Greg he feels so awkward in these uncharted waters. He uses compliments as a way to connect. Hopefully, this doesn’t blow up into something bigger. I believe Greg and Deonna both like one another. They just need to learn to communicate better.
On last night’s episode of Married At First Sight, the couples are spending their first night together as stranger spouses. This should definitely be interesting with a virgin and at least one desperate and HORNY bride who can’t keep her hands off her new husband. Some of these women are staring at their new husbands like their first meal after a famine. I can’t wait to see how the honeymoons and living together unfolds. That is when people truly start getting real. Let’s be clear, I’m not hoping for the downfall of these newly married couples. I just think the history of this show predicts most won’t work out. Either way, I will be entertained!
Elizabeth Bice doesn’t seem shy at all. She is naked in front of her husband, Jamie Thompson in 2.5 seconds. He literally unzipped her dress turned around and she was letting it all hang out. Insert side eye….Okay… Greg Okotie and Deonna McNeill are awkward as hell. He literally stands at the door watching her wash her face like a puppy waiting on his master. I curious to see what happens with this couple, he genuinely seems like a nice guy, despite his wife’s guarded exterior.
It’s that time again, Married At First Sight is back! Last week these Charlotte singles informed their friends and family about their pending nuptials. Basically it went like this…surprise I’m about to marry a complete stranger! This season the families took it surprisingly well. Maybe what we saw on camera was not their initial reaction. I know my family would have escorted me to the nearest psych ward for testing. I love this show, but I don’t think I could live with a stranger for eight weeks and call him my husband. The experts claim they use science and insight from previous seasons to make decisions on matches. Let’s hope this year, these singles fair better than some others in the past. But after viewing the trailer, this season looks like it’s going to be interesting to say the least!!!!! There is everything from virgins, estranged family to cheating. Ughhh… Please don’t give us another Luke Cuccurullo and Kate Sisk fiasco. I don’t know if I have enough time to participate in shaming another deranged manipulator.
On the season premiere, Deonna McNeill and Gregory Okotie were the first to walk to their demise down the aisle. They both find one another attractive, which is a good sign. This couple seems sweet, but I know better than to be swayed from a first impression. I have been watching this show long enough to know everything that glitters isn’t gold. A couple can seem like the perfect match and in a week it’s the war of the roses. Amber Bowles and Matt Gwynne were the second couple to tie the knot. Her bridal party is definitely impressed by his appearance. He may be cute, but he didn’t inform or invite any of his family about his wedding. Red flag!!!!!!!
On this week’s episode of Married At First Sight it’s the night we have all been waiting for…the reunion! I think this episode is even more important than the actual finale episode which was shot three months ago. Viewers have waited on the edge of their seats to see the infamous scene between Kate Sisk and Luke Cuccurullo that previewed last week, addressing rumors regarding his sexuality. We will also discover what happened behind the scenes during the experiment and after the cameras left. It’s time to find out who regrets their decision, what secrets are revealed, is Luke in a relationship with a man? I don’t know about you, but I am ready to find out the tea!!!
Stephanie Sersen and AJ Vollmoeller are the first to sit down with the host and AJ instantly becomes annoyed when he asked about issues in the marriage. He calls out the producers and the show for a “lack of organization and skills.” Ughhh.. .this is the most narcissistic, delusional man I have seen on this show. Nonetheless, sadly, AJ and Steph are still married. SMH…. Next! Why, Stephanie, Why!!!! I was rooting for you to emancipate yourself before you were slowly isolated from your friends and family. I’m sorry, but I don’t see this lasting even five years. I guess for now, they will remain a match made in a scary lifetime movie.
After watching an absolutely crazy season full of highs and lows, Married At First Sightdecision day is finally here! Get your snacks or cocktails and let’s discuss this episode. I’m not going to lie there are at least two couples that I hope they break up for their sanity and mine as well. This has been one of the craziest seasons since the inception of the show. We have watched everything from textbook manipulation, forced chemistry, and freakouts to awkward romantic moments. Get ready for some surprise decisions you didn’t see coming!
The experts speak with Stephanie Sersen and AJ Vollmoeller first, about their experience during the experiment. Of course, AJ tries to deflect from his grown man tantrums by saying that they both have been frustrated. Umm…I think we only saw Stephanie patiently deal with your constant Grinch-like behavior. AJ chooses to not eat dinner alone ever again and stay with his handler, Stephanie. Her decision is what I am waiting to hear. Please have the courage to run and never look back Steph!
