Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams has been busy lately. Porsha is holding a peach, working for DISH Nation, and is a mother. She has been on the front lines of the Black Lives Matter movement, protesting social injustice.
Of course, civil rights activist Reverend Hosea Williams is Porsha’s grandfather, and she even attended protests with him. On July 14, Porsha was in Louisville, Kentucky protesting the death of Breonna Taylor.
Porsha Williams has come into her own on Real Housewives of Atlanta. When we first met Porsha, she was
being controlled by the wife of now ex-husband, Kordell Stewart. We also learned her grandfather has an incredibly impressive history. Reverend Hosea Williams was a champion of the Civil Rights movement and marched with Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. in an effort to bring equality to African Americans.
Porsha appeared somewhat naive during the early years. Both in life and her heritage, most of us will never forget #undergroundrailroadgate. That said, it looks like Porsha has taken her experiences and grown as a person. She continues to provide a sufficient amount of shade on RHOA. Porsha has also become a mother to Pilar Jhena, though she may or may not be engaged to a Hot Dog King. Now Porsha is sharing her latest role. Much like her grandfather, Porsha is on the front lines of activism and she wants everyone to hear her message.
I know, it’s not any of my business, but can someone please explain the appeal of Dennis McKinley. Other than the free hotdogs, I just don’t see it. He cheated on Porsha Williams while she was pregnant with their daughter Pilar Jhena.
We all know that they got back together, but did he step out on the Real Housewives of Atlanta star yet again? That’s the word on the street.
The passive-aggressive feud between NeNe Leakes and Cynthia Bailey continues tonight on a new episode of Real Housewives of Atlanta. Yovanna “that bitch” Momplaisir (the woman Eva Marcille “didn’t remember” last season) comes to NeNe and Marlo Hampton with some tea about Cynthia. Apparently, Cynthia said it’s a “burden to be friends with NeNe” and that their friendship was toxic, which shocks absolutely no one. And, yes, NeNe is still filming her scenes
without any full-time cast members with Marlo. This has to end sooner or later, right? NeNe can’t film the whole season by herself.
Meanwhile, pretty much every other cast member
and Marlo gets together at Cynthia’s home for an event. Kenya Moore comes for Eva over those comments Eva made about why she didn’t bring her kids to baby Brooklyn Daly’s party. Before all that, Kenya re-gifted a doll that Eva got for Brooklyn by giving it to Porsha Williams for her daughter PJ. Am I the only one getting flashback to that bunny incident with Kim Richards and Lisa Rinna?
