The 5th season of the Real Housewives of Orange County is officially over, but something tells me we will continue to read and write about these women for months to come.
Tamra Barney did a live chat with Bravo last week during which she was quite candid about her new relationship with Eddie Judge, even referring to him as her “boyfriend” and jokingly calling him a “hot latin lover.” She then added, “I would have to say….I think I’m in love!!!!”
While answering questions from fans, Tamra shared that Eddie is 37 years old, he “just looks hot and young cuz he works out all the time.” Tamra also denied that Eddie was ever a friend of her husband, Simon Barney. “For the record….Eddie Judge was Not a friend of Simon’s like he has reported all over the press,” she claimed.

As for that ring tattoo she got last year with Simon’s name, Tamra revealed she is working on getting it removed. “I just started laser on my tattoo….hurts bad.”
So should can we expect to see Eddie on the next season of the Real Housewives of OC? “I gotta talk him into next season….he thinks we are all fools,” said Tamra.

Good question SweetCakes. I wonder what he even does for a living. I don’t remember hearing anything about him other than he is a friend of Marco, Tamra’s boss,and that he is divorced. Maybe someone could come up with some answers.He sure looks like he likes to get his picture taken, probably loving this attention. He just looks like the type to me.
He’s the reason she finally grew a set and left Smon. If Eddie hadn’t been waiting in the wings, she’d still be with Simon. I don’t care what she says. She’s the type that always needs to have a man in her life. Also, Eddie must make bank or she wouldn’t be with him.

I agree Tamra is the type that always has to have a man in her life. I think Gretchen is the same kind of woman.
The difference between Tamra and Gretchen is that Tamra isn’t lying and Gretchen lied all through the season with Jeff. She was dating Jay the entire time. I also highly doubt Tamra would be jealous of Gretchen who is gross looking with her meth sores all over her face and her horse face and overbite. I think it’s a bit odd for her to jump into a relationship so quickly but at least she’s not a compulsive liar like meth head Gretchen.
I sincerely hope Tamra was kidding about being in love. To fast to jump into things, I think. In refer to the previous comments, I don’t think the new boyfriend enabled Tamra to leave as much as the viewer outcry that validated her desire to leave.
The only thing is the folks watching don’t have all the details (nor should they, please don’t tell us the details). Some things were obvious: screaming, endless crictism, self-esteem (gut) punches. Yep, Simon gave us all the ‘bad men’ behavior we could handle. To be fair, this show is about women and for women so there is a tendency to be overly critical of men. We bearly (if at all) even consider Simon’s perceptive on these things. Tamra should have… at the very least she should so that she won’t choose the same type of guy again.
She’s happy to be out of a troubled marriage. I’m happy for her, really!!! Stay there for a spell Tamra, be happy to be free, and enjoy it. But I suspect Tamra is no stranger to bad decisions in regards to men—-not to psycho-analyze her.
I also would bet the first year with Simon was similar to this time with the new guy. All happy and fun…he is promising her the world on a silver plate. Caution, Tamra, Caution!!!! And please stop lying…the guy was Simon’s friend or at least his friendly aquaintance. The guy is like Slade…he hunts near his friends.

Tamra’s not in love with Eddie, she’s rebounding. She loves the freedom and the attention she’s getting. She loves the sex and the excitement after being in a marriage with a control freak that had gone stale.
But none of that is love, and none of that will last. Gretchen’s relationship with Slade doesn’t count as rebound unless she was rebounding from Jay, because she was never in love with Jeff.
Tamra and Gretchen are the type of women that do not like to be alone. They love the attention of any man that think they are the best things since sliced bread.They beleive all the B.S.

I can’t speak for anyone else but….I don’t say what I say out of spite. It’s my personal opinion. Another personal opinion of mine is that, these women, these people, they put themselves out there for all to see so whatever is said about them or to them, they have coming. If you don’t want your personal life made public, then don’t do a reality show. Period. End of story.
One more thing, the message boards are here for everyone to discuss the show however they choose to. If you don’t like the fact that people are talking badly about Gretchen or anyone else on these shows, then don’t read the comments. Pretty simple if you ask me.

I like Tamra. She is the most real housewife. Gretchen and Lynn LIE and are not intelligent. Vicky is a bully and Alexis has no depth. Tamra never lied once. I’m happy for her that she finally got out of her unhappy marriage. She deserves to be herself and live a life free from constant crticism. I hope she continues the show next season.
