With the recent announcement that this season of MTV’s The Hills will be the last, comes news that attentionwhores Heidi Montag and husband Spencer Pratt might be planning a lawsuit against MTV. It seems these two refuse to go out without a bang.
“Sources” reveal exclusively to PerezHilton that Heidi is now accusing the Hill’s creator and executive producer, Adam Divello, of touching her inappropriately. Apparently, the alleged ‘sexual assault’ happened after Heidi’s recent multiple cosmetic procedures, and the inappropriateness included Adam repeatedly touching Heidi’s “ass cheeks and lower back.”
This is apparently the reason for Heidi needing her six bodyguards. “Spencer and Heidi are very close to bringing legal action against the show,” claims an insider. It is also common knowledge that Heidi and Spencer are good friends with Perez, so they are likely the “insiders and sources” who leaked this story to him.
The “insider” even alleges that Adam has also been inappropriate with other Hills stars such as Lauren Conrad and Audrina Patridge. Lauren has however come out denying any claims of harassment by Adam. Lauren released the following statement, “Similar to most of my fellow MTV cast mates, I am in utter shock at the allegations made against Adam DiVello. Not only are they completely absurd, but they are 100 percent without merit. Adam is a true professional and a wonderful person to work for.”
A lot of people, including us, are not buying this. This is likely just a retaliation for Spencer being kicked off the show one month ago, after he threatened the life of one of the show’s female producers. Let’s hope these two will continue to burn bridges, and hopefully use up the few remaining minutes left of their original fifteen.

Spencer probably told the producer after Heidi’s surgery “go ahead, feel that ass” just so they would have something to spin in case they got dropped from a staged fake ass reality show on MTV.

Heidi: Why aren’t you feeling my back where I had the scoopage done? (I still have no freakin’ clue WTH “back scooping” is)

I actually predicted this. I told people to watch out for them filing law suits for their money…..they tried to sue NBC when they were on i’m a celebrity get me out of here….until they were put in their place quickly after their lies were exposed with their cameras…..she told everyone she spent all her money putting that horrible cd together…..they’ve blown thru their hills money, and hills is now ending, as with their careers so they have to make a last ditch effort in hopes for a settlement.
And how dare she use the words sexual assault…..which insuates a rape. I hope MTV, countersues them. She planned this whole thing, right down to showing up with body guards to make it look like she felt she was in danger.
And, a few days before she made this claim….she posted “wow” on her twitter, with a link to the story about Niccolette Sheridan suing her producer for 20 million.
Gretchen and Slade will try this next if RHOC does not have them back. Boy they’ll really need that LLS money, then!
Speidi, jon and kate, gretchen and slade, this is the product reality tv has created….and their types are just in the infancy of what is being created….now you’ve got literal hookers being called celebrities because they’ve helped destroy peoples lives and marriages.
But when networks decide to pay people like the aforementioned, give them star treatment and access to things that most people don’t have access to, that’s where I feel they’re crossing the line. They’re showing that it can pay well to give up integrity and character.
Let these “celebrities” act outrageous, say dumb things, show their vapidness to the world, that’s all harmless, but when they start lying and damaging other peoples lives and livlihoods, commit frauds, that’s where the networks need to step in and say enough….instead, they’re stepping in and saying how can we give them their own spin off show.
Hmmmmmm…imagine 20 years from now all the press the Gosselin kids will be getting because they are “screwed up” from all the bullspit their parents put them through as toddlers….
