Kristin Cavallari Confirmed For Dancing With The Stars! Snooki Still In Talks

According to a new report, The Hills alum Kristin Cavallari has signed on to appear on Dancing With The Stars!

Perez Hilton confirms Kirstin, who recently made headlines after being dumped by her NFL fiance Jay Cutler, will join the likes of Rob Kardashian and other rumored “stars” such as Chynna Phillips and Tiffani Thiessen on the upcoming season.

Kristin follows in the dance steps of fellow ‘The Hills’ alum Audrina Patridge, who appeared on an earlier season of the ABC hit show.

Meanwhile, days after TMZ reported Snooki and Queen Latifah had signed on for the show, Snooki aka Nicole Polizzi is now denying the story a la Queen Latifah’s earlier denial. Snooki tweeted Tuesday, “I love watching Dancing with the Stars but I am not apart of the cast ! Sorry Tweedos.”

A new report by the HollywoodLife however states this might be a negotiation ploy by the Snooks. Apparently she is still in talks to do the show but is holding out for more money.

“They are still trying to make the deal with Snooki,” dishes a source. “She was verbally in, but has yet to sign anything. She has been very concerned with the schedule and what she will be paid.”

ABC is reportedly in a rush to finalize the cast as soon as possible as the cast is being announced Aug. 29 during the Bachelor Pad. “The producers are confident that she will still join the show, but if she continues to hold out, they have people that will fill her spot. They always overcast the show,” adds the insider.

Report: Whitney Port Feuding With Lauren Conrad, Blames Her For Canceled TV Show

According to a new report, former BFFs Lauren Conrad and Whitney Port are now feuding.

The latest issue of UsWeekly magazine reveals that despite being close during The Hills, Lauren, 25, and Whitney, 25, are now at odds with one another.

“That was always a friendship for the show more than anything,” says an insider. “They are like any work friends who no longer work together.”

So what is the reason for the rift between the former pals? “Whitney is upset because she thinks that The City was canceled to make room for Lauren’s new reality show,” the source tells US. “Whitney feels like she got the shaft.”

The source adds that Lauren’s other former costars – with the exception of her roommate Lauren “Lo” Bosworth, 24 – consider her a foe, including Audrina Patridge, 25.

“The other girls were always jealous of Lauren,” says the source, adding that now that MTV has dropped LC’s show, “I’m sure Whitney and Audrina are loving this.”

Kim Kardashian, Bethenny Frankel Top Reality TV Stars Earning List!

The DailyBeast has released the 2010 earnings list of reality TV stars and E! star Kim Kardashian is sitting pretty on top of the list.

According to the site’s calculations, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star pulled in estimated $6 million this year alone! And how did Kimmy earn her money? Well from doing a countless number of endorsements (clothing lines, watch line, swimsuit line, fragrances, and diet-products), writing a book, doing a spin-off, and paid appearances. Kim reported commands up to $75,000 per paid appearance.

Coming in second place on the list is MTV’s Lauren Conrad at $5 million. In a close third is Bravo reality star Bethenny Frankel at $4 million. Kate Gosselin is also number 5 on the list pulling in $3.5 million. In fact out of the top 10 reality earners, 8 are female.

According to the Daily Beast, Jersey Shore star Snooki failed to make the list because she only earned $750,000 this year. And while this list looks impressive, we do have some major doubts about a number of those estimated earnings.

Lauren Conrad Responds To Comments By Audrina Patridge’s Mom

Weeks after Lynn Patridge went on a drunken rant against Lauren Conrad, the former Hills star is now responding to the comments made by the mother of her former co-star, well sorta.

If you recall, following Audrina Patridge’s elimination on Dancing With The Stars, mom Lynn came out of  LA restaurant to talk to Paparazzi, during which she referred to Lauren as a “tramp” and a “bitch,” stating that Audrina’s upcoming reality show would fare better than Lauren’s. Lynn has since apologized for those comments.

UsWeekly caught up with Lauren this week during which they asked whether she thought of Audrina’s new show as competition.  “I think it’s good for her. And no, I really don’t think about it like that at all,” responded Lauren.

And when it comes to Mama Patridge’s comments, Lauren attempts to take the high road, simply stating:  “I really don’t have a comment on that right now, thanks.”

While Audrina has also yet to publicly discuss her mom’s comments, In Touch Weekly alleges that her mom’s comments might actually be an echo of the way Audrina really feels about Lauren.

According to the article, which claims the former two BFFs have been torn apart by fame, Audrina is reportedly sick of playing second fiddle to Lauren.  “Lauren always talks about her books, her style and her life. It always has to be about her,” reveals an insider.

The mag also claims that Audrina never fully recovered from the rumors that Lauren once hooked up with her ex Justin Bobby and “has had bad feelings about Lauren ever since.”

Meanwhile, a source tells the mag Lauren was “pretty shocked” about Audrina’s mom’s rant. “Her mom spilled the beans about how she really feels,” says a friend of Lauren’s.  “Now Lauren doesn’t think they were ever really even true friends.”  Audrina has admitted in a previous interview that she hasn’t spoken to Lauren since the Hills finale.

DWTS’ Maksim and Brandy Shocked By Audrina’s Elimination, Plus Maksim’s New Girlfriend!

Days after the shocking elimination of Audrina Patrdige on Dancing With The Stars, some of her dancing competitors are still voicing their surprise over her departure.

In a new interview with Access Hollywood, singer Brandy reveals she doesn’t think Audrina should have been sent home.

“I was very shocked,” said Brandy. “I don’t think she deserved to go home, I think America got it wrong with Audrina.”

Maksim also tweeted the following days ago – “WOW America! You got that one wrong! So sad for @TonyDovolani and @AudrinaPatridge . I know how much Tony loved to work with her! Sorry Bro.”

On tonight’s all new episode of DWTS, the show will be celebrating it’s 200th episode with a two night event. According to a press release, DWTS will be bringing back 50 former contestants, with some of them returning to serve as guest judges. Taylor Swift will also be performing on tomorrow’s results show.

And finally, Life&Style is reporting that the resident DWTS hottie Maksim Chmerkovskiy has gotten himself a new girlfriend! The lucky lady is Joni Kilmurry, a 28-year-old former model turned stylist. According to the mag, the new couple finally stepped out together at a recent event.

This news comes just over a year after Maksim, 30, and his former fiance Karina Smirnoff ended their engagement.  And though Maksim and his former dance partner Erin Andrews deny they ever dated, sources say the two briefly gave things a shot following their season on the show.

Audrina Patridge’s Mom Apologizes For Drunken Rant Against Lauren Conrad

Move over Dina Lohan! There’s a newer drunker messier celeb mom eager to take your place.

Lynn Patridge, mother to Audrina Patridge, issued an apology yesterday, just a day after going on a drunken rant following the elimination of her daughter on Dancing With The Stars.

Following Audrina’s elimination on Tuesday night, the Patridge family hit up a LA restaurant for dinner, during which things took a shocking turn when, after “three glasses of wine,” Lynn decided to come outside to speak to the paparazzi.

“When one door closes another one opens,” slurred Lynn. “Audrina is going to f—ing rise. She’s got class. You know why? She’s a Polish, Catholic, f—ing full-on Italian. Not only that, she was raised right. And I don’t give a s–t. It’s all American.”

But it only got worse folks as Lynn, who will be starring on Audrina’s upcoming reality show on VH1, then went on a rampage against Audrina’s former Hills co-star Lauren Conrad.

“We’re going to f—ing smoke, especially Lauren Conrad’s pissy a– little fashion s—. That bitch wants to bring it on? Let’s go!” Oddly enough, Lynn acknowledged during her rant that Audrina, 25, would “be so pissed” if she realized Lynn was talking to paparazzi. But that didn’t stop her. “I’ve had it. I’ve been a celebrity mom eight years through this Hills bulls–t, but Audrina’s going to the next level, baby,” she explained. “F—ing Hills girls — Hills tramps! My baby’s a star! She’s the only one that has some class and I don’t give a f— about it.”

Lynn then issued a statement yesterday apologizing for her behavior. That statement is below -

“I am sincerely sorry for the negative things I said in the heat of the moment. As a mother, there is no pain in this world like seeing your children upset. I am so proud of my daughter and all she has accomplished on Dancing with the Stars. I was extremely emotional after her elimination — it just came as such a shock. I want to apologize for offending anyone.”
