Seems like Real Housewives of Atlanta star Nene Leakes will have a lot more to worry about these days other than Star Jones and Kim Zolciak.
Cops reveal Nene’s son Bryson Bryant was arrested around 9 p.m. last night in Georgia for shoplifting. And what did Bryson steal? Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Bryson is accused of stealing two Mach 3 razors from a Walmart.
The razors are reportedly worth $14 a piece. Bryson was busted by the Walmart security team.
In addition to the shoplifting charge, Bryson, who remains in a Gwinnett County jail, was also charged with a probation violation. It appears the probation violation stems from one of his arrests last year for possession of weed. Bryson’s bond is listed at $301.25.
While the Nene has yet to officially comment on Bryson’s arrest, she did make the following tweet hours ago – “My day just got started off wrong! Damn.” Damn indeed. The fourth season of the RHOA continues to film so it’s likely this will be on the show.

This kid is hardly a thug. He didn’t commit a drive by, he just stole some razors from WalMart. Not that I am condoning his behavior. I feel sorry for him because something has happened to him since the show started. He was in college during Season 1 and seems to have spiraled out of control over the last few years (Andy Cohen is the Devil). He needs guidance. He needs a mother. He needs someone to help him get back on track. Smoking weed, shoplifting and having a baby are not offenses that should ruin his life. He is just making bad choices right now. NeNe needs to make him a priority rather than flying around embarrassing her family with theatrics.
I do agree with the comments that NeNe needs to stop worrying about what is happening in other people’s homes.

Sorry, but dont put everyone in the same category as this bunch..Their whole family situation is dysfunctional..being a step-parent or a step-child does not mean the kids are going to grow up and become thieves and druggies…He obviously has some issues..and I can pretty much bet they stem from having a mother such as NeNe….

Ladies and gents….one need only look at NeNe Leakes as a parent and style of parenting to know that son, was sooner or later gonna end up in jail, I mean, its not rocket science here. When mom, resorts to violence at the drop of a hat….kids will soon follow suite of inappropriate behavior…in short, the kid never had a chance!! I know he’s a grown man, but you can only imagine how he was raised before Greg entered the picture…notice how the younger son, with Greg is little bit more refined? I rest my case!@!

I can only imagine what it must have been like for him as a young child, with a mother who strips, who resorts to violent attacks when things don’t go her way, I mean NeNe Leakes should be the poster mom, for the black community on why our young men are more likely to end up in jail than in college….if you’ll recall, the very first episode of ATL.,,had NeNe taking her son around to colleges for him to enter…which as we all know was as fake as the hair on that huge head of hers…..needless to say, he needs attention and a job, because isn’t he suppose to become a father soon??
This story is sad, but NeNe shouldn’t be put at fault. 1. He is an adult. 2. You can instill as many qualities and morals into a child as you please, but it is up to him or her on whether they want to use them. He’s not a thug, he’s just lost right now. So what if he has a child out of wedlock? SO does most of America. A lot of you on here need to look into the mirror before you open your damn mouth. Everyone makes mistakes & NO ONE is PERFECT remember that. I hope that all is well with NeNe and her family. I hope Bryson gets it together and I am looking forward to watching RHOA season 4 !
Of course Nene is at fault – this is her son – he wouldn’t be the way he is if she had done her job as a mother. We’ve all seen Nene go from zero to crazy in less than a minute. Can you imagine having her as your mother? Bryson, get therapy. Like all the other kids of these crazy housewives, you seriously need it

When did Nene result to violence as a parent because I missed that.I think she is a pain in the ass but all they ever show is her having serious talks with her children and that has been happening since Season One. Bryce is a grown man now and his bad decisions are not the fault of his mother. Does anyone really think this woman raised her son to be a loser. That is just stupid to entertain.

Now this should shut her up for a while. Although she has no control of what her adult son does, she is on tape passing judgement on the way other people are raising their children (Kim Zolciak). Sorry, but she should be ridiculed for this. He didn’t just wake up one day and become a spoiled brat. We saw what role she played in this during the very first season.
We should not compare Ne Ne and Kim parental skills. NeNe child is an adult and Kim’s children are minors and we have NO idea what Kim’s children will do or NOT do.
However, I do know one thing, NEVER talk about whether or not someone is a good parent; because your children will embarrass you!

Of course she favors the younger son. He’s not a burden like Bryson is. Bryson’s father left the family and NeNe had to parent him alone. The younger son has a father that alleviates the burden of parenting. I know alot of women like NeNe. Angry, bitter, and miserable human beings. Their kids turned out to be bums. Nothing healthy can come from her loins. Bryson was doomed from birth. NeNe came from a toxic situation (promiscious mother, being abandoned by her mother and raised by her grandmother, deception surrounding who her father is, etc). Bryson came from a toxic situation (absent father, stripper mother, abusive boyfriends in and out of his life, etc). It’s a vicous cylce. The circumstances under which you are born determines about 85% of how your life will turn out. It’s sad but true.

I’m not going to comment on the way he looks. He can’t help that. He is no more unattractive than Farrah but again she can’t help the way she looks. He’s obviously going through something and there is no one in his life, except Greg, to teach him how to be a man. Alot of young men struggle as they transition from adolescence to adulthood. It’s hard for them. They get detrimental messages from the media and are very shortsighted in their outlook. They only think about the here and now. I need razors so I will steal them. They don’t think about what happens when you have a criminal record and how it affects your job prospects. I have a colleague like NeNe who became pregnant and didn’t want to be a parent. The only thing she talks about is her child becoming 18 so he can leave the house and she can party. She doesn’t think about preparing her son to be able to leave the home at 18. She just wants him out. She got pregnant again and she’ll be in her 50s when the younger one is 18. Not sure why she wants to be in the club at 50 but whatever. Her kids are losers. Academic problems. Behavioral problems. She should have never been a parent. She wants the world to praise her for the decision to have her child but doesn’t realize that “normal” people understand that what is worthy of admiration is raising healthy well-adjusted and productive children.

I don’t care for NeNe at all – but as a mother, right now I know she is in a lot of pain for her son. She needs to go home and be quite and have a quite life. Bravo is going to bring her and her family more pain if she stays w/them. Same thing with Kelly of NY – stop doing the show – not worth it.

I don’t care for NeNe…but I can tell you…she has issues stemming from her past… usually people act out…sometimes to protect themselves from something they have been through.
i went to high school with Bryce (Bryson) and he was not like this at all! my best friend was dating him, he was a star football athlete and made good grades. i feel sorry for him. something happened along the way for him to snap. his mom was never really around and she was doing her own thing. she does need to get her butt off tv and get him the help he needs which is counseling. i am going to pray for him. she knows he is not perfect because no one is perfect and if you don’t even raise your children like you should then you can’t expect them to be perfect. yes i am sure he knows right from wrong and he knows what he did was wrong but it is a cruel world out there so you need to love and nurture your children.
my parents are divorced and they have raised me right. i am about to be 21 years old. i graduate from a prestigious university in may. i have never been in trouble with the law. it is possible for him to change. it is a little late tho so it will be harder especially with this background and his mother acting a fool on tv.

He’s an adult and has had many opportunities fall into his lap due largely in part of his mothers fame. I don’t feel sorry for him at all, sorry!!
Bryce seems like a young adult who has made some bad choices. His life is in his hands. It is up to him to decide to get his life in order. He is no different than any other person, he just needs to think about the man he wants to become and starting doing what he needs to do to get there. I would bet that his mother’s pain exists and is large but at this point all she can do is rely on faith, the rest is up to Bryce. Sometimes we make bad choices because we find pleasure in all the wrong things. I had great parents, my dad was a cop, but this did not stop my sister from becoming a drug addict. She likes the party life and not much else matters. It happens, you just try to see your way through it.

Anyway just finished watching the first season of TRHOA and I can’t believe this is the same Nene as the first season: she is unrecognisable.
I kinda liked in the first season now she looks a different person.
Re the razors of course I condemn shoplifting which is wrong and just increases the price of goods for honest people I know which razors he stole and they are bloody expensive!

NeNe is a thug, she is no role model for any kid. This kid had no chance with that heifer as his Mom. I wish she’d get kicked off the show then she could go back to lap dancing for tips.
I’m considered a model citizen in my neighborhood, I’m not but I do my best to help others. I’ve been in possession of weed and shoplifted/ knowingly changed a price a couple of times, just never got caught. Seems most people think that they are guiltless and saints, I doubt that very much.
I don,t know what they call it down in georgia, but here in Florida, we call people like that THIEF” and we call an 11, 12 year old kids or young ones. Nenes’ son is a man. All these people that are giving him excuses, are the only ones that like Nene. Bravo should see what kind of Fans Nene brings. What a Shame.
