Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Vanderpump has decided to downgrade her lifestyle by moving from one mansion into another!

Lisa, 51, sold her mega 17,000 square feet Beverly Park Mansion just weeks ago for a whopping $19 million! The reason? The home was just “too big” for her and hubby Ken Todd. You don’t say Lisa!

“We had such a great offer on the house, one we couldn’t refuse,” Lisa told RadarOnline. “It’s 17,000 square feet and my daughter, Pandora and son, Max, already moved out of the nest. So it’s just Ken and me and it’s really too big for two people.”

Following the sale, Lisa and Ken wasted no time in finding another mansion in the 90210 zip code. Lisa’s new home is 8,801 sq. feet and priced at $10.2 million! The 5-bedroom, 8-bath home boasts a two story library, a luxurious spa-like master suite, a chef’s kitchen, and a media room. It also features an outdoor living area including, water elements, large swimmers pool & exterior guest house.

In addition to the new home purchase, Lisa also leased another mansion in Oprah’s Montecito neighborhood — with an option to buy it.

Lisa adds that her next move is decorating… of course. “I’m never happy with anything I buy,” says Lisa. “As a designer, I like to design things my way just Villa Blanca restaurant and my new bar SUR. The new house needs extensive remodeling to suit me and my husband’s needs.”

The $19 million Lisa received for her mansion is a far cry from the $29 million asking price put on the home back in November. However, Lisa still walks away with a healthy profit as she and Ken purchased the home back in 2004 for $14 million.
