Bringing you an all new photo post of the Real Housewives of New Jersey as the cast attended the New Jersey Fashion & Beauty Week 2011 at the Pleasantdale Chateau on October 3, 2011 in West Orange, New Jersey.
As we reported days ago, Teresa Giudice was not in attendance as she is currently on the outs with the cast. Below are more photos of the RHONJ cast including Caroline Manzo, Jacqueline Laurita, Kathy Wakile and her family, plus Melissa Gorga and hubby Joe!
Meanwhile, based on the previews by Bravo for the upcoming RHONJ finale, it appears most fans will finally get to see the showdown between Caroiline and Teresa that they have been waiting for.
And of course it all has do to with Teresa taking not so subtle digs at her Caroline in her cookbook Fabulicious. We reported back in May that Teresa took some shots at her sis-in-law Melissa in the same book (Really — who takes shots at people in a cookbook?). Well apparently, Teresa didn’t end with Melissa.
In the excerpt posted below, Teresa disses Caroline’s Italian background or lack there off when she states: “I am, however, a huge fan of Caroline Manzo. (Even if she’s only 1/16 Italian, or whatever she is …).” Wowzers. Below is the full excerpt from Tre’s book -
“I can’t help it. Every time I sit down to write this intro to my Italian Family Cookbook, two things keep popping into my head: that cheesy Olive Garden commercial, “When you’re here, you’re family”; and what I said about Caroline Manzo when she insulted my meatballs on the Rachael Ray show: “Caroline’s as Italian as the Olive Garden.
If you read Skinny Italian, you know I’m not a huge fan of Olive Garden because it takes traditional healthy Italian dishes and turns them into heart-clogging servings of ungodly proportions. (Forget Jersey Shore, it’s the Olive Garden that gives us Italians a bad name!) I am, however, a huge fan of Caroline Manzo. (Even if she’s only 1/16 Italian, or whatever she is …)”
With digs like that, it’s no wonder Teresa now finds herself friendless! Teresa, who apparently sees herself as a victim, also took to her Bravo blog this week to fire back at her costars, mostly Jacqueline who called her “scum” during a recent twitter rant.
Below is an excerpt from Tre’s blog -
“As for the craziness on Twitter, I don’t think it’s a very healthy place to be right now (I just can’t take anyone who’s suddenly friends again with Kim G. seriously, sorry!), so I’m going to slowly slip out of it, and maybe take a little break for a while. I have a big project I have to work on, and I want to spend every other second with my family. Don’t worry, I’ll be back!”
Teresa has yet to begin that twitter break as she has been tweeting up a storm since she posted that blog. Even more interesting, a source told UsWeekly that Teresa has a “ghostwriter” for her Bravo blogs!
Below is another excerpt from Tre’s blog about her costars from the most recent episode of the show -
“I will say I didn’t like everything they showed of course. The whole time we were filming, I had no idea what other people were saying about me. I just assumed they were all my friends. That’s why you see me dancing around and trying to have fun in Punta Cana. It’s not until I watch the shows that I see all four of the other ladies having a go at me. On the show, I might talk about a certain incident and how I felt about it, but I don’t talk about personalities or their kids or how they spend their money, or how smart I think they are… I say, “She pissed me off, but I’m not going to let it bother me.” Cut to everyone else: “Teresa can’t be reasoned with, Teresa was dropped on her head as a baby,” all about my “character flaws” and how I didn’t “grow up,” how I’m “cuckoo.” I had no idea they were bashing me like that. Although, tell you the truth, even if I did, I wouldn’t do it back. I’m just not like that. It’s not fun to watch though.”

Interesting tidibit learned about Caroline’s cookbook not being picked up.
Melissa and Joey…are hanging out in NY with Johnathan Cheban while Kathy and Richie are in Chicago for Bravo housewives tour. Could they make more obvious that they wanted to be on the show? And the lengths they were through to get there.
Good for Jacqueline and Caroline to walk away. The show will never be the same.
And if Teresa’s brother in-law Pete and his wife Sheila join – it’s over for me!
Lena…I agree with Teresa. Caroline was looking for an excuse to dump Teresa. This just made it easier for her.
Odd though – why would Joe and Teresa attend Jaime Laurita wedding while she and Caroline and the Manzos had already declared “war”.

I liked Teresas blog, but then she makes the mistake like THEY ALL do, and gets defensive, and I that bothers me. I do remember reading quite some time ago about Caroline wanting to do a cookbook, after season 1, she was talking about it on her fb. I always wondered what happened to that idea, and for sometime now she has been posting her recipes on her twitter and fb, lol. Anyway I do remember when Bethenny was blogging for NJ the first season, she made comment on Carolines food looking very fatty,( the sausage potatoes, pasta dinner thing she had going) lol. and said she would like to show her some healthy alternatives, or something like that..lol

Jacqueline needs to leave, the show has turned her into someone, I know she is not proud of. She is better than what this has done to her. I think she knows it, and at some time she will admit that she got too involved and made some bad decsions/ choices that she wishes she could take back.. Just my opinion.
Caroline just needs to go, if it’s not about her and her children, she has no interest., and is miserable! Bravo probably has something eles in mind for her.

Also at the begining of the season, remember Jacqueline and Teresa were on WWHL? The Manzos were there and Ashley.. They were all one big happy family! Now this is after the season was filmed, after cookbookgate, lol.. They were all twiiting and getting along this whole season up until recently, right, or am I wrong?

I agree somewhat with you but how many times can Jac keep listening and hanging with Kim G? Kim G is only out to start trouble, why would you keep hanging with someone like that?
Caroline also wrote in 2009…”Teresa found herself having to defend Joe’s “gay” comment. I would agree, that there is certainly room for someone to take offense to it. However, I’ve known Joe and Teresa for a long time. This was not done with malice. I have a gay brother, I wasn’t offended by it.” It’s ok to joke about someone being gay but not about being 1/16th Italian? I have no interest in Melissa, she is only there to hurt Theresa. I would love to see if all the Laurita family gets along and how would Caroline like to vacation with family she is on the outs with? Jac does need to leave the show and stop listening to Kim G! I feel bad that they are ganging up on Theresa, a real friend would stand by someone going through such a hard two years. It looks like Dina is the only one with any class in that family! Caroline talks that talk but she doesn’t walk the walk.

Yes, I agree! Jacqueline’s biggest fault is being too naive and sweet to people who do not appreciate her kindness. I can’t believe all the negative tweets and comments I read about her. She has been truly blessed with a supportive and loving husband..adorable children. Even Ashley cleaned up her act and made her dream come true. She made to LA!
Those who truly value their family – would away from this toxic show. Look at what it has caused their fans to do. People attacking on twitter and blog sites over who they support!

Filming of Season 4 back to back of Season 3 – obviously broke the spirit! Plus another cast trip under those brutual travel arrangements. It is a miracle that they didn’t kill each other. Based on all those tweets they shared.
It is worth repeating that Jacqueline and Teresa were very, very close and their husband got along tremedously! To read and eventually watch that dissolve is downright sad.
I like Kathy….I do. She seems more classy than Melissa.
However, during the sit down with the Don Albert and Wakiles, Kathy mentioned she wanted to break away from her kids lil bit to do resturant or catering. Whoa…say what? Rewind…rewind (In Albert’s words) Why did you say you do not want to detach yourself from kids at Punta Canta when initially you said you want to break away from them to open resturant or catering business. Contradication much?

Cause in my opinion Jacqueline likes the gossip, she says she is above the bs, but she is not, lol. I just wonder about all of that because she knows how Kim G was a 2 face to her with Ashley and the whole Danilee thing. Plus now all the awful stuff that Kim G has said about Caroline on her twitter. Also, I just know that Kim G sent Jacqueline those pictures of Joe G with that other woman, I just know Jacqueline knows that Kim G is behind all this stuff about Joe G coming out and has known it. Just my opinion.

I do not think Jacqueline is naive or sweet I think she can be nice. I think she has a side to her, geeze they all do. I think she gets mixed up, and gets too involved and at times does not hear things right. I think she does have a heart, and I think she is a pleaser, she especially wants to please her husband and fit in with his family.
@758 agree, it’s been so sad to watch. Jacqueline & Teresa were very, very close. So sad. For both previous seasons you see them both being friends to e/o & both their husbands being friends to e/o. I thought it was cute- on the 2nd part of the trip to Italy, they are going up all those stairs & the entire way Up, Joe is helping Chris w/the stroller.

Funny, Jacquelines tweets were never removed giving up the deets for the season 4 fashion show, and basically the whole season before it was aired. Or Melissa Blog was never removed from her website with her “truth”. Wonder what happened..LOL
I think that Caroline decided Teresa was done. Once Caroline decides that, she thinks that she has the right to dictate & needs to control everyone else in regards to their relationship w/that person. For example with Danielle she thought she had a right to dictate whether Jacqueline (an adult) could have coffee with her? While she blamed Danielle for the problems in their family, she was equally the problem.
Regarding Teresa, I think Caroline felt threatened. Jacqueline & Teresa hung out more with e/on than her- on & off camera. She needed to change that & started hammering at Jacqueline w/ the little jokes & insults towards Teresa. The disapproval comments. “why is Teresa here? At your house?” (when they pull in & she’s in Jacqs driveway). Of course it worked. It always does- Caroline gets what she wants.
Teresa loved them all- Caroline & Jacqueline etc. Then, w/the influence of Caroline—& Melissa (of course), the demise of all Teresas relationships was under way. Disappointing.
I just can’t respect Caroline the same anymore. I hope she could make herself be better toward Teresa & reach out – but she’ll never admit she’s wrong!
@Enough…Hello…Caroline intimidates and manipulates her way through everything.Danielle admitted she said and did things out of anger and she was wrong for doing that,Caroline never has admitted her part or even felt any remorse for what she did to danielle, teresa for that matter hasn’t either. Neither one has ever admitted any fault in any of the drama.
Both are too proud. Caroline though has never admitted any wrongdoing -about anything. What an ego! Must be nice being perfect!
I’m STILL watching the RHONJ marathon! LOL! Neverending season! Anywhoo It is the Christmas epi and I just love Kathy’s kids, especially Joseph. He is so cute and feisty! Lol!

I don’t any of them that have admitted that they have done anything wrong/ said anything wrong. They all defend their actions, and stand there with their arms crossed fingers pointed at each other but never themselves. I still say none of them are better than the other, some are actually worse, but certainly not better. Just my opinion.
As I said I will watch tonight, and the reunion, but as far as next season, in light of all of this twiiter crap and the ugliness that has happened because of it. I’m done! I’m all for drama, but this is too ugly for even me.

Bravo, Melissa, Kathy, Caroline – have taken ALL the fun out of the show…I could tolerate Jacqueline’s scenes if they don’t involve her fighting with Ashley & I can get down with Teresa’s scenes as long as they don’t involve her fighting with her family. Tired of Caroline’s whining (beyond me how someone with sooo much money & sooo much time can be sooo unhappy with her life & other people). And I don’t find Kathy interesting – AT ALL! And Melissa “Single White Female” Gorga is just criminal – that girl has no shame in her fame & and if anybody should be ostracized from the Jersey group it’s her!
Why is Caroline rewarding her behavior? Remember when Caroline had the talk with Lauren about allowing her brothers to have their own life & do things without her? She needs to have that talk with Melissa – it’s okay for Teresa to have a life and friends that don’t involve you!

Caroline is the only RHWONJ with common sense. Tre has been a nutjob from the beginning and perfect foil for juicy Joe. I believe that they are jealous of Joe & Melissa because they have what Tre & Joe want – $ and stability (I see Joe Gorga going to work – what’s with Joe Giudice?) Tre admits that she had what she wanted growing up – read “spoiled rotten”. And I bet Joe Gorga could put Juicy to work if Juicy was at all concerned about providing for his family besides running a pizza parlor.

The entire Manzo family is a snooze and Theresa is one cookbook away from a nervous breakdown.
I don’t think TG realizes how awful she sounds or how insincere often. Her husband is a disgrace to Italians and basically the male gender. He acts like a neanderthal cave man. Half the shows problems were with him being nasty to everyone, including his wife who can’t seem to get him under control for even the show!
I personally will NEVER buy a cookbook from someone who doesnt know what cumin is and how to pronounce it or someone who says INGREDIENTSES! or however you spell that Tre!

I feel Tre, is so “defensive” she cannot help herself. Look at what she has to endure; the breakdown of her family. Then her friends cop to the side of her family she is having issues with. Being berated by Chris and Albie and that guy they are living with Greg in Punta Cana. Lauren giving her the “evil eye” the whole trip . While they all support “melissa”, the ” I didnt do anything” trouble maker. This girl hangs on her husband will not even let him hug his sister. Did you see him when he went to the book signing?. He wanted to be “invited” so much and he misses hit comes in late and only comes to tell his sister about Joe Guidice, threatening him. Ridiculous why must you be “invited” to a book signing . You see your sister successful you go and surprise her and buy a book. But they were mad at her for not inviting them. Arent these successful people already? . Look at the houses etc. what more do they want? . Joe calls his sister garbage I mean at his owns sons christening and then Melissa keeps saying “joe guidice” over and over when her own husband started the war. Now he has to finish it.

It is Terea’s cookbook only in the largest sense. The woman is illiterate, she can neither speak nor write in the English language. It’s well known that someone else wrote the book. And it’s also her admission from earlier episodes that she can’t cook. So ok, she’s made money to avoid foreclosure for the moment, but she’s really just trailer trash with a ghost writer. The woman is an animal.
I think they should just forgive and forget because if you believe in god you should always know how to forgive and not hate. I think that Teresa and Melissa should just forgive and forget because they would always be family no matter what. With Caroline she should never make family hate each other more than what they do because in the reunion caroline said teresa said she didn’t want to make up with her brother, why would caroline want to start another problem, You sometimes in life we say things that we don’t mean and we regret them later. But I think this show should end, they have hurt one another and this show should’ve never had family come in specially if they were having problems. I know they believe in god and hopefully they have read the commandments we should love each other. God bless these family with peace. Bravo you should think twice before season 5 no more fighting its not healthy. God Bless

There won’t be just Italian recipies, but Polish, southern, Irish and more! Now, I’m not rich but my family loves my cooking. If you insist I will also include some pictures of us. But I hate having my picture taken.
I agree with some of you that Caroline rules too much. If she isn’t talking to someone, you better not either. BUT, if you’re not talking to someone, she will. Remember the Christmas dinner this past series? She knew Theresa and Kathy weren’t talking, but she invited Kathy anyhow.
Someone mentioned she thinks Melissa is half white/african. I think she is half Puerto Rican…She is pretty, If only I was young again.
Here is what I think is going to happen….Theresa and her brother make up again, then it will be the Manzos vs the Gorgos!
