On Shahs of Sunset last season, Reza Farahan and Mike Shouhed quickly realized they weren't meant to be business partners, and Mike said he didn't have the patience for residential real estate. Well, I guess he's had a change of heart, because Mike has joined the Nest Seekers real estate firm.
"Nest Seekers is excited to have yet another celebrity broker in its roster and welcomes Shouhed's expertise in the real estate market," per the press release. "His knowledge, experience, and vibrant energy will be beneficial to the company's new Beverly Hills office."

"Mike Shouhed has a very unique opportunity for tremendous exposure as an agent. As a result, all of his clients and exclusive listings would benefit greatly. Nest Seekers welcomes Shouhed and is delighted at the opportunity to support him in his pursuit of becoming a leader in the L.A. luxury real estate market."
Wait, vibrant energy? This is the Mike Shouhed who sat in his office, whining about Reza not holding his hand, rather than pound the pavement? Um, OK. In all seriousness, I wish Mike well. He's going to need the money, after all, to pay off his legal bills and buy Jessica Parido an engagement ring.
Considering Mike's new connections to New York, I cannot help but to wonder if there will be some cross-over between Shahs of Sunset, MDLNY, and the rumored Shahs of Sunset spinoff set in New York City. Also, I wonder if Mike will appear on MDLLA here or there, like Marisa has. #CrossoversByBravo
