Teresa Giudice Parts Ways With Crisis PR Manager Wendy Feldman Over Prison Request!

Joe and Teresa Gudice sentencing day

Oh Teresa Giudice… remember when you promised to be a better person? And to learn from your mistakes through this whole legal tribulation? Well, ummm… we’re still waiting! Teresa has parted ways with her crisis PR manager Wendy Feldman after she submitted a letter to Judge Salas requesting Danbury Federal Prison to serve her 15 months.

“Sadly, my time with Teresa and has come to an end,” Wendy said in a statement. “My client relationships are very important to me, however today’s filing regarding Teresa’s Bureau of Prisons designation request was not done with my knowledge or input.”

According to Wendy the Real Housewives Of New Jersey star worked with someone else – Juicy?! – to submit a letter to the judge asking that she be placed at Danbury in Connecticut, where Piper Kerman the author of Orange Is The New Black served her time. Good lord – Teresa probably thinks of herself as the new Piper

Rumor has it Teresa will serve her time at “Camp Cupcake” in Alderson, WV, where Martha Stewart did her time because Danbury is being transitioned to a men’s facility and is limited to only 200 female inmates. Of course, Teresa wants Danbury because it is closer to her daughters.

“I am not the consultant referred to in filing. This is clearly not the first time my advice has not been followed, but this is the time where the stakes are the highest,” Wendy says in an exclusive statement to E! News. “Both for my clients and myself, I work hard to maintain a strong relationship with the Bureau of Prisons. As I’ve tried to instruct Teresa, this is a process that must be respected.”

“A designation to a camp is a gift, not a requirement from the BOP and the judge,” Wendy continued. “By making this request, Teresa has jeopardized months of work, months of preparation and in fact may jeopardize where she is ultimately designated or sent to.”

Apparently instead of just waiting for Wendy to work her magic with the courts, Teresa went behind her back out of desperation and submitted the letter. Wendy herself served time for financial fraud and now works to coach other women through the same process and describes her services as “Expert legal crisis management and the leading expert on Alternative Sentencing.” How long until Wendy scores her own reality show?!

Because of this latest infraction, Wendy has decided it’s best to part ways with Teresa. This is interesting because Teresa has already fired their defense attorneys in lieu of having Wendy represent her through the rest of the court process.

Look – we all get how desperate Teresa is feeling at the thought of a year away from her daughters. Alderson, WV is 5 or 6 hours away from Teresa’s home and the realities of Joe Giudice, whose license has been suspended after he accepted a plea deal in his identity fraud case, isn’t going to be able to get there very often. I understand that she is doing everything she can to obtain a closer location, but Teresa being Teresa she just cannot ever trust people or respect the law!

“Interesting jumping to conclusions never works on any side on any matter. Nor does outing people. Never assume. Never forget always learn,” Wendy tweeted. “Facts. 95% of people in prison come out and most within 5 years. Let’s stop trying to game the system and learn how to deal. #goals”

However, I think it’s pretty damn famewhore-y of Wendy to keeps speaking to the media about Teresa or her case.
