Kim Zolciak is getting some much-needed time away from her 5 minor kids by hanging out with her oldest daughter Brielle, now 18!
Kim and her mini-me in plastic surgery Brielle went on a quick trip to LA, where they hung out with Khloe Kardashian. Because good influences! And Kim got some facial work done. Because good influences!
