“I came in not knowing anyone,” said Heather. “I came from the scripted world, and I was very uncomfortable doing reality. When I first started the show, I was very buttoned-up and very reserved. It’s really been an evolution for me in the group and on the show.”
Heather cited family responsibilities and feeling isolated for her “anger” last season. “I was very tired,” she said, “and I didn’t see the other girls a lot. I felt very isolated. I was really angry last year. I wasn’t sure why. I think that’s why.”
Dr. Terry Dubrow has come a long way since being a Househusband! Along with the second season of his hit plastic surgery show Botched premiere next week, which Terry describes as even more intense than last season, he is debuting a new skin care line in the hopes that fewer people will resort to plastic surgery for anti-aging measures.
Terry, who co-stars with another former Mr. Housewife, Dr. Paul Nassif, shares that for season 2 the doctors had an overwhelming amount of applicants needing reconstructive plastic surgery.
“Last season we only had 500 or 600 applicants for surgery. This time we had 6,000,” says Terry. Yowzers – there are a lot of people getting bad work out there!
Brooks has been battling Stage 3 Non-Hodgkin lymphoma, specifically diffuse large B cell lymphoma, since the fall of 2013. Brooks now faces three options: more aggressive chemo (3-4 times a week), a stem cell transplant, or a more holistic approach – recommended by fellow OC Housewife Shannon Beador – which would eschew chemo altogether.
Vicki’s “work, work, work!” anthem has turned her Coto Insurance & Financial Services, Inc. into an extremely lucrative enterprise and a pillar of the Orange County business community. Vicki shared that she was given the award “based on my success in the insurance industry,” (not her illustrious Vicki’s Vodka venture?!) and gushed, “Hard work does pay off.”
Brooks shared, “It’s been a challenging couple of months for Vicki and myself for sure, but we’re good. One of the words I use to describe Vicki is ‘intense.’ She’s intense in every aspect of her life in whatever she’s doing. Having fun, whooping it up, or working, in a relationship, or whatever, she’s intense — and that’s a good thing.”
Katie Hamilton is supposed to be one of the two new Real Housewives Of Orange County stars, but amid news that her MLB player husband Josh Hamilton has relapsed in his battle with cocaine addiction, Katie may have quit the show!
Last week ESPN confirmed that Josh, an outfielder for the Angels, was meeting with MLB baseball officials for a “disciplinary issue.” Josh had surgery in February and was recovering at a friend’s house possibly because he was having issues with Katie, which led to a relapse “at least involving cocaine.”
Josh’s wife Katie has been filming for RHOC, and according to sources “fitting in well” with the group, leaving producers thrilled with her addition to the cast. She joined alongside another MLB wife Meghan Edmonds, both of whom know Heather Dubrow. But did the intrusion of reality TV place strain on Josh and Katie’s 10-year-marriage?
Like so many reality stars before her, Tamra Judge has “leaked” a “sex tape.”
The good news is, it is not what it seems. It’s nothing like that one time Farrah Abraham fell victim to a fully produced porn shot with a professional porn star – don’t you just hate when that happens? – and then she tried to pass it off as a leaked sex tape shot with her boyfriend. However, the bad new is, the thought of a Tamra and Eddie sex tape is already in our brains and no amount of brain bleach will make it go away. The damage is done.
Check out Tamra‘s video – oh yes, it’s my gift to you – and explanation below.
Our thoughts are with Sarah, Ryan, Tamra and their families. We’ll keep you posted on any updates Tamra shares.
UPDATE 1: Tamra shared this morning, “Thank you for all the prayers for @sarahrod77 And please keep them coming. She has 3 large blood clots in one lung and 2 in the other. She also has some swelling around her heart. love you Sarah. Get well sweetie.”
