Arrest Warrant Issued For Gretchen Rossi of the OC Housewives

A bench warrant has been issued for Gretchen Rossi of the Real Housewives of Orange County reports RadarOnline.

According to Radar, Gretchen failed to show up for a court appearance Thursday thus resulting in the warrant. Gretchen’s reason for her court appearance? Well it all ties back to the $18,000 awarded to her ex, Jay Photoglou, in a defamation lawsuit he filed against her last year.

Gretchen was supposed to be in court for a debtor examination related to money she owes Jay. This all started after Gretchen unsuccessfully tried to take out a restraining order against Jay last year, alleging he harassed and threatened to kill her, her current boyfriend, Slade Smiley, and her dog. Jay, then in turn decided to sue her.

A lawyer from the firm Gretchen hired showed up in court and asked for a continuance because Gretchen’s lawyer was unavailable,” Jay’s lawyer, Orlando Castano told RadarOnline. “Gretchen didn’t show up and the judge then issued a bench warrant for her arrest, holding it to give them the opportunity for her to come to court. She must show up next Thursday at 8:30 a.m.”

“She is just making Jay jump through hoops to get his money he deserves,” Jay’s attorney tells E! News. “We know she has the money. She’s just drawing this out.”

But we will likely not be seeing Gretchen in handcuffs anytime soon as the Judge in the case held the bench warrant for a week, meaning the Gretchen will remain free, for now at least.

Jon Gosselin Fires His Attorney, Broke & Selling BMW For Cash

Just two weeks after announcing his decision to take his ex-wife Kate Gosselin back to court in an attempt to gain primary custody of his eight children, comes news that Jon Gosselin has now fired his attorney Anthony List.

It all started two weeks ago when Jon and his attorney claimed Kate was an “absentee parent” due to her decision to appear on Dancing With The Stars. Jon then filed papers to try to gain custody of his kids, and also requesting a reduction on his reported $22,000 a month child support payments.

Jon has now had a change of heart and claims he wants to work this out with Kate. He twittered the following, “Kate, her attorneys and I are moving forward to work out things privately and amicably.” He continued, “Mr. Anthony List Sr., Esq., is not my representing attorney; I terminated him on April 15, 2010. He has no legal right to speak to the press or anyone on my behalf.”

UsWeekly is also reporting that Jon, 33, is strapped for cash and looking to sell his BMW, which he purchased last year for $30,000. “Jon is selling his BMW to raise cash until he gets a job,” says a source. “He’s hoping to get $25,000 for it.”

The source also added that Jon wants badly to be back on TV. “He has been lobbying TLC to get a show of his own,” the insider says. (Kate’s new show – Twist of Kate debuts this summer.) “It’s killing him that Kate is having all of this success.”

In other Kate news, UsWeekly reports that Kate’s recent elimination from DWTS isn’t resulting in her spending more time with her kids. According to US, Kate returned home on Thursday with her eight children, only staying home for 20 minutes, before taking off in a limo with her bodyguard.

Where was she headed? Apparently, she was headed to NYC to appear on Live with Regis and Kelly Friday.

Basketball Wives’ Evelyn Lozada Nude Photos Leak Online!

Another scandal hits VH1′s new hit show: Basketball Wives. This time it involves 34 year-old cast member, Evelyn Lozada.

TheYBF.com was able to get their hands on some raunchy nude photos of the reality star. Evelyn, who was has a 17 year old daughter, apparently sent the naughty pics to a former sex buddy, and not her ex-fiance of 10 years, former NBA player Antoine Walker.

Real NYC Housewife Jill Zarin Caught Reviewing Her Own Book On Amazon

So what’s a Bravo housewife to do when you find yourself the most hated housewife in Bravo history and your new book is being plagued by bad reviews online? Well, if you’re Jill Zarin of the Real Housewives of New York City, you log into your amazon.com account, change your name to Susan Saunders, and start leaving good reviews for your book. Unfortunately for Jill/Susan, she has been caught red handed by Gawker.com.

To make things worse for Jill, there is photographic evidence. According to Gawker, it all started when Jill someone going by the name of Susan Saunders decided to reply to a negative review. What Jill/Susan wrote is below courtesy of Zap2it -

This made some suspicious, and they decided to investigate by clicking on Susan’s amazon account profile, and low and behold, it turns out Susan Saunders’ Amazon.com account belongs to a certain Jill Shapiro. For those out of the loop, Jill Shapiro was Jill’s former name before marrying current husband Bobby Zarin. Jill’s daughter is named Allyson Paige Shapiro.

You might perhaps be thinking, that account might belong to another Jill Shapiro that isn’t our Jill. Fortunately that theory can be Debunked as this Jill Shapiro forgot to delete her wish list which includes items for a certain Bobby Zarin and a certain Allyson Shapiro. To make matters worse, when you visit Susan’s amazon profile, it shows her only amazon buddy as being David Zarin, who just happens to be Bobby’s brother. And oh yeah, Jill’s date of birth just happens to be November 30th as listed above.

Jill took to her facebook yesterday, accusing a crazed fan of making up the account. “Some crazy fans are saying I wrote my own review. I love the book, of course. People in my life have written wonderful things about the book. Some fans of the show need to find something else to do then write hateful things about me and my family. It is sad and I feel sorry for them. If you read the book and liked it, …please write positive reviews. Thank you for all the support!”

Gawker, a reputable news outlet, broke the story, not some crazy fans. And to Debunk the theory that a crazy fan might have made up this amazon account to frame Jill, it would be 100% impossible as Susan Sauders/Jill Shapiro’s account shows items were added to her wish list during 2001 for her daughter Allyson. Way before anyone knew who Jill was. A screenshot of that is below -

NJ Housewife Teresa Giudice Defends Daughter’s Racist Comments

There’s a new scandal brewing amongst the Real Housewives of New Jersey and it involves the 9 year-old daughter of Teresa Giudice.

Though the 2nd season of the New Jersey Housewives doesn’t premiere until May 3rd, Bravo has supplied certain media outlets with the season premiere episode and Teresa’s 9 year-old daughter, Gia Giudice, is seen making racist anti-Semitic comments.

According to HollywoodLife, Gia, 9, is seen saying she’d never marry a Jewish guy and goes on to make a gesture mocking Hasidic Jews’ long, curly hair when referring to Jewish people. When Teresa was asked about her daughter’s comments during an April 20th interview, she snapped, “I can’t control what my daughter says. Kids say dumb things … what, am I going to be crucified for it?”

No, Teresa cannot control what her daughter says, but the bigger question is where did her daughter learn this language and behavior from? I think from her home and parents would be a good guess. This will likely spark a major controversy once the new season premieres.

Teresa then goes on to defend her husband, Joe Giudice, who was arrested for a DUI back in January. “He was two seconds from home and he closed his eyes for two seconds and yawned when he was turning the bend,” said Teresa. “It’s pretty sad you can’t have one drink … everybody does it. I know he was not drunk at all.”

Tim Urban Eliminated From American Idol, Crystal Bowersox Speaks Out On Ryan Seacrest

Tim Urban is the latest American Idol hopeful to leave the show despite showing two weeks of continued improvement.

The 20 year-old Texan found himself in the bottom three alongside Aaron Kelly and Casey James. His cover of the Goo Goo Dolls failed to impress viewers and he was sent packing. Ryan Seacrest affectionately called him the Comeback Kid and Teflon Tim, as Tim has had to endure a ton of criticism this season, and has even been compared to season six’s Sanjaya.

Tim’s elimination came on “Idol Gives Back” charity night which included performances by Joss Stone, Carrie Underwood, Alicia Keys and Mary J. Blige.

In other Idol news, Crystal Bowersox made headlines last week when it was reported she tried to quit the show, and was talked out of it by Ryan Seacrest. Crystal’s friend and former Idol hopeful, Katelyn Epperly, then revealed in a radio interview that Crystal sent her the following text message: ‘Oh, yes, I’m fine, Betrayed by Seacrest,” when asked how she was doing by Katelyn.

Crystal however seems to be changing her tune, telling PEOPLE magazine that all is well between she and Seacrest. There is “no beef with me and Ryan…We were never angry with each other. We had a conversation. He gave me good advice and I highly respect him,” said Crystal.

But then again do we really expect her to say ‘Ryan’s a scumbag, I confided some things in him, and he went behind my back and leaked it to the media.’ She would never say that of course, and is actually smart to make the PC comment about all being well.

Next week, the six remaining contestants will have former guest judge Shania Twain as their mentor. They will all be singing her songs.

Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Kim Zolciak And NeNe Leakes Get Into Fight With Dwight

The third season of the Real Housewives of Atlanta only began filming weeks ago and the drama is already raging on.

RadarOnline is reporting that former enemies Nene Leakes and Kim Zolciak came together last Friday and decided to confront honorary 6th housewife Dwight Eubanks, leading to a very nasty war of words and chair throwing between the parties.

“Dwight was at the hotel for what he thought was going to be a casual meeting,” a source tells Radar. “But instead the producers had their own plans as they brought in Kim and NeNe to confront Eubanks about several issues, only for Dwight to call them out. NeNe and Kim came storming into the hotel and got straight in Dwight’s face, accusing him of spreading lies about them and making up rumors.”

The source continues, “It was absolutely crazy! NeNe and Kim were both screaming at him, and he gave back as good as he got. Dwight started yelling at NeNe that she was nothing but a common prostitute and that she had hooked up with a married man, and he totally trash talked Kim too.”

The rumor now is that Nene’s husband Gregg Leakes was still married when she met him, while dancing at a strip club. “NeNe lost her temper and attacked Dwight with a chair, breaking off a leg and Kim threw a vase at him! It was like a scene out of some crazy movie!,” continued the source.

Access Atlanta was able to get ahold of Dwight, who confirmed the events did indeed take place. “It was real… she bruised me up a little bit,” said Dwight. When asked if there was any permanent damage, he said, “I’ll survive. We’re fine.”

In other Atlanta news, all of the housewives including the two newest housewives, Cynthia Bailey and a very pregnant Phaedra Parks were all in attendance at a listening party for Kandi Burruss, who is currently working on her new album. Photos of that below -

Kate Gosselin Eliminated From Dancing With The Stars, Says Kids Will Be “Shattered”

It was eight minus Kate night on Dancing With The Stars as Kate Gosselin was finally sent packing after five weeks of awful dancing.

Despite having been saved for five consecutive weeks with low scores, the Jon & Kate Plus 8 mom ran out of luck on Tuesday night. Kate found herself in the bottom two alongside Pamela Anderson and her partner Damian Whitewood.

Once it was announced that she would be the one going home, Kate looked a bit stunned. “I need a minute,” she said as she wiped tears from her eyes. While emotional and speechless, her partner Tony Dovolani, who was shown fighting quite a bit with Kate this season, stepped in, saying: “You know what? I’m very proud of Kate.” He continued, “I know she gets a lot of criticism I give her all the credit in the world for showing up. As exhausted as she was, she still showed up every single day.”

Kate, 35, then added, “I had the opportunity [to do this show]. I’m very, very honored to have been here. I love everyone that I met. It was a great experience.” When asked what she had to say to her fans who kept her on the show for five weeks despite her low scores, she added, “Wow, thank you for believing in me, probably more than I believed in myself.”

In a later interview with Entertainment Tonight, Kate shared that though she is okay with leaving the show, her eight kids however “will be upset, definitely,” she said. “They will be shattered, in fact.” She said she is not “letting them watch” her elimination episode, so that “they’ll be OK. They’ll be glad to have me back. I’m thrilled to have been here and obviously going back to my kids is always a wonderful thing.”

Allrighty then Kate. UnFortunately this will not be the last we see of Kate. As we recently reported, she has two upcoming reality shows with the TLC network – Twist of Kate and Kate Plus 8.
