Just when you think this story could not get sadder… Leah finalized her divorce over the phone from rehab, where she’s getting help for stress and depression.
Leah was served divorce papers on April 14th – and she and Jeremy finalized their divorce on Monday. I will meet y’all back here in another 54 DAYS to report that Leah is engaged, pregnant, married, divorced – all of the above? – again.
MTV’s favorite Penis Fly Trap is presently in rehab, but not to battle her alleged pill addiction, but to seek help for serious depression related to stress. Suuuuure! A source closely connected with Leah reveals that the Teen Mom 2 star is in Utah receiving treatment at an in-patient facility and will likely be released by the end of June.
MTV has released a doozy of a trailer for Teen Mom 2 season 6.
Jenelle Evans is threatening Barbara and pressing charges against Nathan Griffith. And Nathan begs Jenelle to not let the cops take him away. “Jenelle, please!” he sobs from the back seat of a cop car. “I didn’t do anything! Jenelle!”
Leah continued her “happy marriage” charade last week on Facebook, “Today makes 3 years marriage for Jeremy and I. 🙂 #ANNIVERSARY” Within minutes, however, “fans” and “inside sources” came out of the woodwork to call her bluff. Reportedly, the couple did NOT spend their anniversary together, and Jeremy hasn’t been wearing a wedding ring and has been carrying on like a single man for a lot longer than Leah wants to admit.
You know, divorce-schemorce – all it takes is a little reality TV contract to rekindle the love of Leah Calvert and almost-soon-to-be-ex-husband-no-2-Jeremy Calvert. Speaking of reality TV contracts, Farrah Abraham is also racking them up!
“TLC canceled Here Comes Honey Boo Boo and ended all activities around the series, effective immediately,” the network announced almost immediately. “Supporting the health and welfare of these remarkable children is our only priority. TLC is faithfully committed to the children’s ongoing comfort and well-being.”
You know, I used to think couples who swam in power plant pollution infested waters together stayed together, but now I’m not so sure. I mean, look at what has become of Leah Calvert and Jeremy Calvert. First, Leah‘s hookup with Robbie Kidd was caught on a deer cam. Then, Jeremy‘s wife, that would be Leah in case you don’t have your Teen Mom 2 flowchart handy, and Jeremy’s new Leah, that would be Brittany Musick, compared pictures of Jeremy’s peen.
And, um, we have a match!
Leah first reached out to Brittany on Twitter. Needless to say, that exchange didn’t go well. Brittany called Leah a home wrecker and defended her decision to get to know Jeremy after he pursued her on Facebook. “I just heard about their divorce and he confirmed it,” she said. “So why not talk to him and chill? You’re never promised tomorrow.” At some point, however, Leah and Brittany exchanged texts. As well as a pic of Little Jeremy. Is nothing sacred anymore?
Like Cheeto dust through the garbage disposal, these are the days of Leah Calvert‘s life. Leah has been in the midst of a custody dispute with her ex-husband Corey Simms, a divorce with her soon-to-be-second-ex-husband Jeremy Calvert, and cheating scandal with her ex-boyfriend Robbie Kidd, and possibly struggling with a drug addiction.
This week Leah confirmed that she’ll be allowing MTV to capture all the drama, as she made a eleventh hour decision to return to Teen Mom 2 after quitting the show! While many assumed she just didn’t want another one of her marital meltdowns being played out on TV, the real reason may have been that she didn’t want the cameras to capture her possibly losing custody of the twins to Corey.
Luckily, Leah and Corey settled their custody issues in court on Monday and agreed to maintain 50/50 joint custody of Ali and Aleeah. Corey was considering full custody as a result of Leah’s instability and drug issues amid rumors that she was using child support checks to buy drugs – Leah still maintains she does not have an opiate addiction – but she has found Jesus at a church that specializes in addiction sermons.
