Kim Kardashian Receives Backlash For Casey Anthony Comments, Plus Other Reality Stars Speak Out

Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Kim Kardashian found herself on the receiving end of some very public backlash yesterday, all over the Casey Anthony verdict.

Moments after the ~~disgusting~~ shocking not guilty verdict came in the Florida case yesterday, majority of the public were incredibly outraged and many compared the results of the case to that of the now infamous 1995 O.J. Simpson verdict.

The irony of the situation was lost on poor Kimmie whose father, the late Robert Kardashian, happened to be one of OJ’s defense attorneys who got him off the hook. Kimmie took to her twitter page to voice her opinions. “WHAT!!!!???!!!! CASEY ANTHONY FOUND NOT GUILTY!!!! I am speechless!!!” tweeted Kim. “I am truly sick over the Casey Anthony verdict! So if the courts don’t believe she is guilty then who do they think killed this little baby?” she added.

Immediately after making her tweets, Kim received some very nasty and negative replies from many who felt she should not be commenting on the case due to her dad’s involvement in the OJ case. “ME TOO!! ITS LIKE WHEN YOUR DAD HELPED GET O.J. OFF!!” was one of the more popular responses made by a twitter user to Kim’s statement of being “speechless.”

Kimmie then tweeted, “Reading the comments here &its nuts people think just bc I was close to the OJ trial I can’t have my own opinion on the Casey Anthony case?” To which a ~~genius~~ twitter user @MattHelgeson replied, “To be fair I don’t think you should have opinions about anything, not just this case.” Kimmie took the hint and stopped tweeting about the case all together.

Meanwhile, other reality stars were also outraged by the verdict. Below are some of those tweets -

What’s sad is that when this is all said and done, Casey will end up wealthier than ever with the paid interviews, million dollar book deal, made for TV movie and of course somewhere down the line perhaps her own reality show. In fact an offer to star in a porn movie has already been made to her. Disgusting times we live in these days. As for Kim, she shouldn’t be held responsible for her father’s actions, but perhaps she should have had some tact and stayed away from the issue.

Kim Kardashian Sets Wedding Date! Plus Did Khloe Kardashian Lose 10lbs Due To Kris?

Kim Kardashian is wasting zero time in moving ahead with her wedding plans!

Just weeks after fiance Kris Humphries proposed to her, the 30-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has set a wedding date for August. “The date that close friends of the family are being given is toward the beginning of August,” an insider tells Popeater. “They are looking at private estates in Los Angeles, since location will make it much easier for guest flying in to attend.”

And this time around, pimpmomager Kris Jenner is planning to go all out as she has more time to plan this wedding than she did for daughter Khloe‘s quickie wedding to Lamar Odom.

“The last Kardashian wedding was insane,” a family friend reveals. “This time Momma Kris wants time to plan and prepare and make sure the entire family has time to enjoy getting ready for the big day. Kris deserves this moment … and she fully intends to make sure every detail is just perfect.” Kris deserves this moment???

Oh well, Kris’s moment aside, the E! network will air Kimmy’s wedding as a 2-hour special similar to the way they did Khloe’s back in 2009. “Kim really wants her fans to celebrate with her on the most important day of her life,” says a source. Well that and also that massive check from E!

In other KUWTK news, Khloe Kardashian is revealing she recently lost 10 pounds and is now a size 8! Khloe tells UsWeekly she did it the healthy way. “I like working out and eating well,” she said, adding that her diet is “all about moderation.”

However sources tell UsWeekly Khloe lost the weight due to pressure from her mom who wasn’t happy with her weight. If you recall, the pimp known as Kris slammed Khloe months ago citing her weight makes her a bad spokesperson for the Quicktrim diet supplements she endorses.

“Khloe felt really low after that,” a source says of the 5-foot-10 star. The source however insists Khloe didn’t shed the pounds for anyone but herself. Uh uh. Above is a recent photo of Khloe taken June 18.

In today’s I can’t believe I’m really blogging about this news, Kim Kardashian wants to prove to you that her booty is 100% authentic!

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star actually went as far as to get her butt x-rayed to prove her point. ~~Not that she had a job to keep her busy or anything~~. Kim’s sister Khloe Kardashian posted the above left photo on her blog with the caption, “Hey dolls. The PROOF is in the X-ray. Kim’s ass is 100% real!!!” Kim also chimed in on twitter. “Haha! The things my sisters have me do! Proof baby!” tweeted Kimmy.

Allrighty, though the before and after photos, one of which is posted above (you can click on it to make it bigger), do seem to show an unusual growth in Kim’s booty in a short amount of time. But I’ll let you be the judge. Plus butt injections/fat transfers would not show up on an x-ray right?

Another before and after photo is below, plus a picture of Kim, 30, with fiance Kris Humphries. Kris, 26, tweeted the photo yesterday with the caption, “Back in NY with my armo baby KK.”

And moving on to tomorrow’s all new episode of KUWTK. On the 3rd episode this season titled “The Former Mrs. Jenner,” pimpmomager Kris Jenner decides to change her last name back to Kardashian, much to Bruce’s dismay, and Kim gets an X-ray of her buttocks to prove to the public that they are real. Is Kris Humphries Unhappy With Kim Kardashian’s Family? Plus Reggie Bush Dating Kim Lookalike!

According to a new report, there is trouble in paradise for newly engaged couple Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries.

And their issues all has to do with the Keeping Up With The Kardashians family. In Touch Weekly is reporting Kris H. is having a really hard time dealing with the Kardashian clan and is even getting to the point of wanting to call off the wedding.

The article points out that pimpmomager Kris Jenner is the main cause of stress in Kris’s life as she has turned into quite the nagging soon-to-be mother-in-law ever since Kris proposed to Kim.

Sources reveal Kris. J. has been “calling the shots” when it comes to Kris and Kim’s wedding. “She’s a stage mother with a type-A personality. She controls her daughters’ lives, and already she’s trying to control Kris’ as well,” reveals an insider. Kris J. “turned into the mother-in-law from hell as soon as Kris proposed,” adds the source.

The source adds that Kim’s mom is in fact the reason that Kris had to purchase the very expensive 20-carat diamond ring that Kim is sporting. “She told him, ‘Kim isn’t becoming a Humphries. You’re becoming a Kardashian. Deal with it,” the friend confesses. Ai ya ya!

If only the drama ended with Kris J. as sources add that there is also friction with Khloe Kardashian and Scott Disick. Khloe is reportedly not a fan of Kris’s because she doesn’t believe he fits well into their family. “He doesn’t seem to get her sense of humor,” says the insider. And as for Scott, Kris is not a fan of his as he reportedly pissed Kris off by treating Kourtney and Kim like crap during a recent vacation to Mexico. “Kris cannot stand Scott [and] he can’t believe how long he lasted in the family,” another source says.

In other Kardashian news, Kimmy’s ex boyfriend/NFL player Reggie Bush has moved on! Or has he? According to a new report by TMZ this morning, Reggie is now dating singer/actress Melissa Molinaro.

And who is Melissa you ask? Well just a Kim. K look alike and the same girl that had people doing double takes in an Old Navy commercial earlier this year. Sources tell TMZ the two have been dating for months and became “official” last Christmas. Melissa also celebrated her 28th birthday earlier this month with reports stating Reggie footed the bill for her party. A picture of Reggie with Melissa is below as well as more photos of Melissa!

Khloe Kardashian celebrated her 27th birthday this weekend with family and friends at the Chateau Nightclub and Garden in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Khloe was joined by her big sis Kim Kardashian, Kim’s fiance Kris Humphries as well as her hubby Lamar Odom. Khloe’s actual birthday is a week away on June 27.

“We kicked the night off with dinner at the delicious Sugar Factory restaurant and then moved on to Chateau Nightclub. It was a blast! They brought out the most amazing cake for me at Chateau, it was all gold! So fab!,” blogged Khloe. More photos from the birthday event below!

In other Kardashian news, it appears Kimmy is planning to slim down in preparation for her big day aka her upcoming wedding.

Yesterday, Kim revealed via her twitter page that she plans on using the Quicktrim diet supplement, which she is a spokesperson for, to lose a few pounds before saying ‘I do.’ After one of her fans tweeted to her that they were “on [their] way to GNC to buy some QuickTrim,” Kim, 30, responded: “Take some for me! I’m about to start again! #Wedding slimdown.”

Odd as Kim has stated in the past that she is proud of her curves, plus judging from her recent photos it doesn’t appear she needs to lose any weight.

An all new episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians airs Sunday at 10/9c on E!

On the second episode this season, Kim Kardashian pushes 15-year-old sister Kendall Jenner to a breaking point when trying to help with her modeling career in New York. Meanwhile Kris Jenner & Scott Disick come to blows when Scott keeps Kris from having a key to his and Kourtney’s house.

Check out a sneak peek below of Kim overseeing Kendall’s big photo shoot in NYC. In the clip, Kim questions Kendall’s seriousness as a runway model causing Kendall to snap. Kendall accuses big sis Kimmy of living vicariously through her and pushing her into doing runway which she’s “scared” of. Kendall screams, “I feel like you’re doing this for yourself!”

In other Kardashian news, Kim unveiled her new haircut this week as she decided to cut off a few inches off her notoriously long locks. “I decided to change it up a bit and cut my hair! Kim Kardashian To Get Over $1 Million For Wedding Photos! Plus Wedding Registry Details

Sexting cheating scandal aside, the wedding is still on for Kim Kardashian, 30, and fiance Kris Humphries, 26!

In fact, on the heels of receiving $300,000 for her engagement photos from PEOPLE magazine, the NY Post is now reporting Kim is set to receive over $1 million for her exclusive wedding photos!

However, it appears PEOPLE magazine is having second thoughts about paying that amount because while the sales of the engagement issue were good, it did not do as well as they expected.

“People’s Kim engagement cover sold well, but did not as well as they hoped,” said a source. “Over a million copies were sold, which is good but not their best. And when you spend that much on a cover story, you expect it to sell.”

In fact OK! magazine put in a bid of close to $2 million for Kimmy’s wedding photos before backing out of the deal, perhaps after seeing the sales of the PEOPLE engagement issue. A rep for PEOPLE did not comment on the story while Kim’s reps deny a deal has been made for the wedding photos.

Shifting gears, Kim was photographed above on Monday with fiance Kris and pimpmomager Kris Jenner. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians trio were at the posh Beverly Hills store Gearys, an upscale luxury retailer of jewelry and homeware, to register for the Kardashian-Humphries wedding registry.

The couple registered for a variety of items ranging from a $12.50 cloth napkin to a $7,850 crystal vase. Other items on their registry include a $1,650 silver-plated coffeepot, a $710.00 sugar bowl, and 24 five-piece silverware sets, each costing $1,600.

The couple also made certain to include a fake wedding date of October, 31 aka Halloween. However Kim has revealed she plans to tie the knot before the end of this summer. Also camera crews were on hand to film the trio at Gearys so it’s safe to assume this will all be televised on a yet to be announced wedding special. Filming has already ended for the 6th season of KUWTK which is currently airing on E!.

Preview The Keeping Up With The Kardashians Season 6 Premiere!

They are baaaack! The Kardashians return to the E! network on Sunday, June 12 with the season 6 premiere of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

The season kicks off with Kourtney being upset that momager Kris seems to have forgotten the real meaning of family and has turned the Kardashians into a business. Taking matters into her own hands, Kourtney plans a gathering for the family where the only item on the agenda is having fun. Unfortunately, not everyone got the memo and things quickly go awry.

Meanwhile, we get to meet Kim’s new boyfriend (now fiance) Kris Humphries as the two discuss how they met during a date (hint – Kimmy had someone slip him her number) and also engage in a romantic burping contest. Khloe however is having a hard time accepting Kris as she feels Kim falls too quickly for all her boyfriends.

In the preview clip below, Kim heads over to Khloe’s house only to discover Khloe still has photos of her with her ex-boyfriends in her home. The show premieres tomorrow at 10/9c on the E! network.
