Alex Sekella lives in Pennsylvania and is the mama to a little girl named Arabella Elizabeth. You'll remember Alex's ex-fiance Matt McCann as being horribly addicted to drugs. Alex hopes her turn on Teen Mom 3 will show how she struggles to work two jobs to raise Arabella on her own. What about Matt? Alex tells In Touch, "I refuse to let him see her."
Mackenzie Douthit is from Oklahoma and has a son named Gannon. Mackenzie is engaged to rodeo addict Josh McGee. About Teen Mom 3, Mackenzie says, "You'll see our good times and our bad times."
“I was scared to do the show [initially],” Mackenzie shares. “But I can’t look back and change the fact that I got pregnant so all I can do is look towards the future.”
Ugh – after wisely phasing the original Teen Mom out of the line-up following one trainwreck after another from the cast, we could only hope MTV had plans to drop the Teen Mom series completely. No such luck!
RadarOnline is reporting that MTV has started casting for Teen Mom 3 which will follow a whole group of moms from this season’s16 & Pregnant. Although, this time MTV has an agenda to cast more stable girls!
Mackenzie Douthit, a former cheerleader from Oklahoma has a son named Gannon (yes, for real) and she is engaged to baby daddy Josh McGee. “She comes from a stable family and seems to have her life in order,” the source says. “MTV wanted someone like that.” Wait – they aern’t looking for Jenelle Evans, Jr?
Alexandria Sekella is from Pennsylvania and is the mama to a little girl named Arabella. She is memorable because she considered giving her daughter up for adoption but changed her mind. Alexandria also satisfied the crazy daddy drama, as her former fiancé Matt McCann entered rehab last December for drug addiction.
Regardless both girls are said to be thrilled about having their lives documented for our viewing pleasure. “Both of them are excited to be on Teen Mom 3,” the source says. “It’ll be quite a journey. Viewers loved them and can’t wait to see more.”
Well, hopefully they’ll have their lives a little more on track than certain current Teen Moms!
WILL YOU BE WATCHING TEEN MOM 3? ARE MACKENZIE AND ALEXANDRIA GOOD CHOICES FOR THE SHOW?
Last night’s premiere of 16 & Pregnant’s fourth season gave viewers double the baby mama drama with two new episodes. The first episode introduces us to cheerleader Mackenzie Douthit and her bull riding beau Josh McKee from Oklahoma.
Mackenzie loves going to the rodeo with her friends to watch her boyfriend compete, only this time she’s got an extra person with her…in her belly. She’s a rising junior in high school, and Josh has graduated. Mackenzie doesn’t want to get too far behind with her cheerleading goals, so she still attends practices (to watch), and she plans to jump right back in to the tumbling and pom poms as soon as possible. Josh appears to be very supportive, and the couple seems to have fun together.
Mackenzie puts a lot of pressure on Josh to plan for their future, and her family doesn’t think that she realizes what a change this will be in her life. After her sisters plead with her not to name the poor child “Cowbell,” her mother inquires as to why she wasn’t more careful. Duh! As a cheerleader, she didn’t want to take the Pill and risk getting fat. Um…I don’t want to point out the obvious, but…
